Ou stay at Le Riviera Collection, was truly exceptional from start to finish. While the hotel itself is stunning and greatly situated, what really made the experience stand out was the incredible team working there. The staff members were consistently super kind and attentive, details of the stay were handled with care and a genuine smile. We genuinely felt welcomed rather than just another set of guests.
The atmosphere of the hotel perfectly balances modern, clean elegance with a warm, inviting energy, making it the ideal home base for any traveler. Whether it was the easy check-in or the thoughtful touches throughout the stay, everything felt effortless and well-managed. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the hospitality here. If you are looking for a place that combines great location (good access to public transport and in a walking distance from many restaurants) with a staff that truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel. From the moment we arrived Emanuela and David smiled and welcomed us to our lovely stay. Excellent róom, shower, water pressure, huge towels, great shampoo and conditioner, great bed and linens. Good location few blocks away from everything. In Nice this is the place to stay.

This Hotel was beautifully decorated exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. Linens were very nice. Staff Diam and Emanuela were wonderfully kind and helpful beyond expectations! We hope to return with our family soon.

The location is good - just 10 mins walk from both the beach and the old town. The rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were confortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Complimentary coffee, tea, milk and water in the room.

The location is good as it is reasonably close to the Old Town. The breakfast is good. The staff is helpful.
Had to change rooms, smell in first room before we changed, overall old building with a feeling of rot. The building is very old. We checked in and the receptionist was friendly and said he would give us an upgrade. A strange chemical smell came from the bathroom, so we changed rooms to a very tiny room. Overall, the hotel didn't strike me as a four-star as the four stars are usually more comfortable.

Located near train station and short walk to promenade. Complimentary champagne and welcome bag in room upon arrival. Very friendly staff. A very good breakfast with a variety of choices.
Other than being expensive for a random one night stay, all was perfect.

Wonderful
Everyone was great! so friendly. Noreen, Claudia, Isa, Elisa along with the rest of the staff were very attentive. The cage elevator was way cool!!!!. The location was great as it was about 1/2 way from the train station to the beach .......walkable to both( my wife & I are 65+ ) variety of restaurants in the area.
The rooms were a bit small, but realize this is Europe.....

The property is located in a very connected neighborhood near many bus stops and train station. The room is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly
The classic triple room is very tight to accommodate three people and could benefit from gaining at least enough space to open two luggages at the same time
