Nice location, 7 min walk from all the attractions , restaurants, bars , 10 min from the vieux Nice ,and la promenade des Anglais .
Was welcomed by David , smiling and nice Gentleman at the reception, giving me all the informations needed , always with smile and ready to help , without forgetting Claudia .
Room was super clean equipped with all amenities needed : sleepers, expresso machine ,shower cap .
2 bottles of water replenished daily .
Breakfast was good , with the French viennoiserie , cheese .......
Omelette will be a good option to consider.
Otherwise all good.

Personnel at the reception was incredible! They all really made us feel the most welcomed guests) the room was very nice (we got a free upgrade), the space was suitable for 3 people.
It is quite close to the railway station, however quiet far to the central streets (no prop Ken to walk, but was a little uncomfortable in rainy weather)

Location close to train station and in a nice area easy walk to everything - beautifully styled modern room, such a luxury to have a bath too.
Some of the other guest were very noisy late at night

Super friendly staff Great location only a short walk down to the waterfront or in to town Pseudo Deco decor was really nice Huge corner room with a great view to the street
The wifi signal was a little weak so the supplied chromecast/tv wasn't able to connect to the house wifi
