Breakfast was delicious, wth a lot of variety; Pain au chocolat was delightful.
When we arrived, we were told that the elevator was being cleaned; later, we were told that the elevator was being repaired. While I understand that problems can happen, there seemed to be much confusion.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was absolutely perfect.
The location is fantastic – situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, yet incredibly close to the city center and the railway station, which makes it very convenient for visiting nearby cities.
The interior of the rooms is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and everything was constantly replenished – there was always plenty of everything available.
Most importantly, the entire hotel staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and communicative. We didn’t experience a single problem during our stay.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

My favourite hotel in the heart of Nice. Perfect location, gorgeous warm reception area with free tea and coffee, generous breakfast in lovely setting. A hotel with a really good energy down to its setting and warm and helpful staff.
There was problem with the wifi in my room but it wasn't too disruptive. Otherwise, a brilliant stay.

The hotel's location is exceptional. The reception staff was very kind and forthcoming. The room windows were facing west, over the street, with a church view and facing the sunset which I found terrific in winter.
The rooms can use a bit of sprucing-up as they are beginning to show signs of wear.

Good location walking distance to restaurants and Vieux Nice and the promenade.
The a/c in my room wasn't working and I asked twice for someone to look at it. No one did that I know. My room faced the street which was noisy so opening a window was not a good option any time of day. Breakfast was good especially the fresh fruit but the croissants seemed packaged.
