As for the aparthotel, we found the kitchenette lacking better knives, a board for cutting bread or vegetables, a cloth for cleaning, and other small items. We chose an aparthotel so we could organize breakfast and snacks, which we did, but the kitchen wasn't enough equipped.

The location was close to many sites by foot, tram, bus or underground. The Staff, especially Sebastian, were helpful and friendly. The room had a nice compact kitchen if you want to cook.
My room was fine for me. If there was another person, there would be no room for an additional piece of luggage.

Super friendly staff, explained everything clearly and concisely at checkout, always greeted us with a smile. Gave us a free upgrade, had snacks in the lobby, and the room was beautiful and well maintained.
Everything was great! Stairs were a workout but we were warned beforehand and expected it as it’s in the middle of southern France.

The room was spacious, nice and comfortable. Manon was fantastic helping us with all queries and accommodating our needs. She had a great personality and attitude, hospitable, friendly and a super host! Thanks so much Manon and the cleaning lady and staff for making our stay pleasant!
The stairs to the reception are a lot so if you have large luggages it’s not easy to manage. I wish the property had a lift. We were fortunate we had help but this was definitely a struggle.

Perfectly clean and has great location, 10 mins to beaches and old town by walk. The stuff was very welcoming and friendly. Nicely decorated rooms, you have everything you need, even Netflix. We stayed for 7 days, not a single issue. Totally recommend.

We have stayed at many different hotels across Europe, but Hotel Ammi truly stands out as the best experience we’ve had in recent years. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The hotel is wonderfully child-friendly, which made our stay especially comfortable as a family.
Everything we were hoping for, we found here: a perfect location close to the city center, spotless cleanliness, and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. We used Nice as our base for day trips to the surrounding towns, and every time we returned, it felt like coming home. The complimentary coffee and wine were thoughtful touches that added even more charm to our stay.
Hotel Ammi exceeded all our expectations — thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Great location, very cute decor and vibes throughout the hotel. Super comfortable bedding and great amenities in the room and in the hotel lobby. Loved the complimentary mini croissants every day!
There is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to unload bags without completely stopping traffic. The super nice hotel staff, Mehdi, came to my car a block away to help me with my bags which was very nice. I’ve learned to not get a rental car in Nice whatsoever. It’s a big pain to find parking and drive in general.
