Location - fantastic, easy and safe walk to main area of Nice. Everything brand new, excellent updated, clean and comfy facilities. Room is fantastically planned out, has everything you need including kitchenette, towel warmers. There is one steep flight of stairs to get in but that was only a problem the first day with baggage. Great service, every little detail is attendee to. Highly recommend, would stay again.
Stairs, but don't let this dissuade you.

Fantastic location. A block from Place Massena, and very close to tram lines 1 and 2
Unfortunately there was external works happening during our stay. We were unable to have the curtains open as there were workmen directly outside our window during the day. Also couldnt use the balcony or look at the view as there was scaffolding erected. I understand this was work the city was doing, not the hotel.

The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room is clean, well-maintained and includes a well-stocked kitchenette. The location is excellent as it is a short walk to the Old City and other attractions.
Visitors should know that you must climb 30 stairs to get to the lobby. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be for someone with mobility challenges.

Good location to old town and beach. Cute decor. Small continental breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to offer help and really want to make things right.
Scaffolding outside balcony but almost complete and coming down soon. No on-sight parking.

- the staff was exceptional good and responsive - supply of beverages was good - the room with small kitchen was new and modern - lighting in room and bathroom was good - shower had combination shower heads - internet good
- address hard to find since no name on door, not sure there is even an address number - having to enter a key code to get into the front door after a couple failed attempts while tired from traveling - having to walk up two flights of stairs in dim light with large luggage - a big negative - narrow hallways, reception breakfast area not spacious - square pillows not comfortable - fan in bathroom if there was one did not work as it would get steamy -
