This was a perfect hotel for my short stay in Nice. It is one block from the ocean, close to the bus stops, close to good restaurants and a grocery store and within walking distance to all the major sights I wanted to visit.

Location was excellent, right along the promenade and beach. It's very quiet at night and felt very safe. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The kettle in the room with coffee and the daily water refill in the fridge was much appreciated!
The room was a bit small, but that's typical for any city hotels. The bed in my room was soft but had a pretty sizeable dip in the middle, which wasn't the most comfortable.

Loved the location.
I would suggest adding better lighting so one can read at night.

Very Good
The location very close to the Promenade and access to a grocery store and restaurants.
It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel. I had to go through the parking lot to access it, a little confusing the first time. The room size was a bit small.

Good location
Old hotel, definitely not 4 stars. Decor is lovely but you can’t get rid of the feeling that it’s not worth the money. Poor cleaning services, didn’t even restock the toilet paper, had to ask for it separately.

Very Good
stopped only for 1 ovenight between Italy and an outbound flight the night morning. great location to walk into the central Old Nice. they have a small parking lot in front if you have a car (i dumped my rental car at back at the airport before I checked in). quieter area, only a block off of the Promenade. Comfortable bed and decent shower. AC works.
If you're going to the airport, call an uber or your own taxi. When I asked front desk to call me a taxi, they ordered me a private driver so it was more expensive than it needed to be for a 10min ride to the airport.
Thank you for your information!
