Location is perfect. Easy access to everywhere with bus and tram. 2 min. walk to sea. Room was very clean. Daily cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. it was simple but had a lot of different choices. Breads and croissants were delicious.
Walls are too thin. Every hotel had this comment. We were not suprised when we were in the room. But everyday we woke up before 8am, because of noises from next room. It wasn't a fun holiday experience.

Beautiful rooms
Location is a little noisy for a back street because of the Carrefour supermarket Lorrys unloading at 6am every day and a good 20 minute walk to the old town. Staff were a little unfriendly because we asked to change room

Very nice boutique style hotel. Nice position, close to Promenade Des Anglais. Spacious room and very clean. Tasty breakfast although the variety is not so big.
1. The walls are thin and you can easily hear in the next room. If you are unlucky to have noisy neighbours, than the night might be tough.
2. The veggie selection could improve for breakfast.

Wonderful
We had a very comfortable stay! The hotel is close to the promenade and city center, with a large bedroom and nicely appointed coffee bar. The room and the hotel were stylish and charming and it was quiet in the area at night. Staff were friendly and water in the shower was hot.
Bathroom could have been cleaner in spots.

Great location, just back from the Promenade des Anglais. Quiet at night. Loved the decor. Small room but had everything we needed. Spotless bathroom and good quality toiletries.
Nice breakfast buffet, good coffee!
