The location is amazing, one block from le Promenade des Anglais and the beach and extremely close to rue Masséna for food and drinks! It was so easy to get there via the tram from the airport and the walkability is fantastic.
There are no complaints.

We booked a family room and it was spacious and nice. The location was very good and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It is also nearby the city center. If you have a car, you should reserve parking in advance at the hotel.
The WiFi was terrible in our family room and we complained for 3 days and nothing happened.

Disappointing
Staff was nice but we got “upgraded rooms” and it felt more like a downgrade. The room was very plain and not what I saw online that I thought I booked (colorful and happy). I wish I would not have spent the money to stay here.

Proximity to the beach is a plus
Not good communication using English with some of the staff, no smart TV to play Netflix at the end of a long day. Odd setup of the toilet in a room by itself without a way wash our hands

Kind and nice staff. Close to the beach and ocean, many cafés and shops around the corner. Very nice bathroom with lovely toiletries from L’occitane <3 Spacious shower. Clean and comfortable room. Even had an iron and ironing board. Good check-out time (11:00).
Air conditioner in our room seemed to be a bit off; it worked (and was noisy) when set at 15 degrees, but it didn’t make any noise if set at higher temperature, and it was warm during the night. So it could either be cold and noisy, or silent but warm.

Wonderful
This hotel is very clean, well designed, and comfortable. It is rather unremarkable compared to other places we stayed on our recent trip, except for the breakfast. The kids loved making their own crepes and that was definitely a stand-out experience. The location is removed from the heart of Nice, but that can be a good thing because it avoids the tourist crowds. It's a lovely stay, no complaints.
