The property was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast offered for 13 euros was quite impressive. The storage space offered in the two different rooms we stayed in was very good. Both room also had balconies. I would book again. Front desk staff were very helpful!
The smaller room we stayed in was small but reasonable considering other hotels in France.

The property is located within a short walk or a quick rail ride from the old historic section and waterfront as well as Riquier train station making it very convenient to get around. The staff is wonderful - we had excellent service from David to start and end our journey- but the other staff we helpful, courteous and friendly, too.

Greetings to Emma on staff from Sebastian & Selma:
From the minute we checked-in, it was a phenomenal experience. All of the staff was very welcoming and made our whole stay a very smooth experience. Even upon arrival they were able to hold our bags until our room was ready which allowed us to start our trip in Nice. It is in a very good location with a tram station nearby as well as an exceptional cafe just a few minute walk down the street. Special shoutout to Emma on staff as she went above the expectations and gave us great tips on how to get to Eze and Monaco in the most efficient way possible. Also important to note that they speak multiple languages from English, German, French, and Spanish. If you're coming to Nice, I couldn't recommend a better place than this one!

The staff is the best of the best, always available for whatever we needed. Room was good and silent, although shower was a bit small. Bed was comfy. Location is great with public transport you're near everywhere. We'd definitely come back.
If I could complain of something, it would be not having a minibar in the room. Otherwise, this place was awesome!

Photos online are a bit confusing since this hotel has been renovated. The family suite is one big room, not two bedrooms.
