Wonderful
The staff were warm, lovely and superb. Really helpful with giving tips around Nice and making your stay as comfortable as possible. A true highlight. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The rooms are tiny, but that is to be expected for the location and price. The proximity to both the airport and public transport is great; old town is about a 20 minute walk away so that's really easy to get to as well.
As said above, rooms are small and the elevators are TINY, so just be prepared. But otherwise no complaints at all!

Pleasant
The staff was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. Good location. 15 minute walk to the beach
Very small room. Basically a bed with little room to walk around. AC didn’t work well on the 4th floor. However the staff did bring in a fan which really helped. “City view” was basically the back side of old buildings.

Quaint small hotel in a residential neighborhood of Nice, just a 15-minute walk from the old town. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and it even had a small balcony. Breakfast was good, too. Totally recommended!
