Good location.
Easy to get around to all major attractions, especially the promenade.
Beautiful hotel with lovely courtyard.
Excellent breakfast and staff.
First stay very quiet on fourth floor, second had a better view on the sixth floor but could hear the occasional motorbikes.

Lovely small hotel in a very convenient location in Nice. Walking distance to the beach front and Old Nice very convenient.

I liked the location. It's very convenient to a lot of the scenic areas and restaurants. Breakfast was good but not great. We really missed "brewed coffee" in the morning but that's not a show stopper since you have many great coffee shops nearby.
Traffic and partying noise can be very loud. Request a room on the backside of the hotel.

Great location. Rooms well appointed. Every convenience was readily available. Staff were all superb and professional as well as accommodating . Lovely courtyard and delicious breakfast. Would return in a heartbeat.
