Emma the hostess was lovely. Place is short walk to train station. Does have elevator to floors. Nice breakfast, probably the best offered during our time in Europe, honestly.
Immediate neighborhood. You need to get a code to enter building and there are a lot of buildings that are behind wrought irons gates. Took a walk to get dinner one night and let's just say, go the opposite direction of train station. Where hotel is located seems to be fine, just be mindful when you head out. Go south of their location, like towards the beach, old Nice and you'll be fine.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast options. Most items either freshly made or made to order. Hotel had location in breakfast area to fill water bottles! Close to train station.

Nicely decorated, bed is comfortable. Close to the train. A distance to the water.
The room smelled like sewage when you first entered and the bathroom was very dirty. The grout on the tiles had black mold and the walls has peeling paint and water damage/mold spots.

Location and room was nice size. Emma was amazingly helpful throughout our stay. She is an amazing asset to the hotel!
Parking was a little tight and the other staff were not very accommodating and didn’t seem to like their job very well.

The outside patio area was lovely for a glass of wine or breakfast in the morning. The breakfast offerings were amazingly varied and artistically prepared.
Small elevator so ended up taking stairs, but not too inconvenient.

The staff is so accommodating, they go out of their way to may you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent.
No big deal, but a hand towel ring would be a nice addition. Secure WIFI would also be a huge plus.
