Close to the main attractions I wanted to see and it was fair for the price. Zero issues with the booking, check in and check out
The rooms were a bit beat up, and were not perfectly clean.

Location is 2 minutes to the train station and walking distance to many tourist attractions and eating places. Room is basic but clean and comfortable. The reception is friendly and helpful.

Spacious room and good location near train station but still only a short walk to old town, promanade etc. Staff were friendly and room was cleaned every day.
The only fault I can find is that the towels smelled so strongly of vinegar that even going into the bathroom was a struggle due to the smell.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very good as it is right next to the train station with plenty of places close by for food and the old town is a short walk away.
The property is a little bit dated and is basic but overall it is ok.

Very handy, close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. Really friendly staff who truly made me feel welcome.
Was a bit tired looking, could do with the painwork updated.

The location was really good. Close to Nice-ville train station and tram connection to the airport. Good for day trips. Little walk to the centre but very enjoyable. Building was beautiful. Lovely little balcony. Clean.
Not a fan of carpet floors but not necessarily an issue.
