The staff was all extremely helpful and friendly! The laundry service was amazing and the space was super clean. It’s a tight squeeze just like every other hotel but other than that it was our favorite place we stayed in Europe!

Room TINY just just enough for 2 no much movement place. most occupied by the bed.
Location is very good.
Breakfast was 2 out of 4 the first day the server was very rude and a dont care attitude the second day the younger gentleman was more willing to hear us. Probably the hotel should give in writing to the guests what is included in the
extra cost for the breakfast. Quality of breakfast good but very limited incomparison with other hotels.

The location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the beach. The room was very clean with nice beds and a lovely view of the Notre-Dame Cathedral.

We LOVED the staff and the accompanying coffee shop, HUGS! They were so welcoming, answered all our questions and more to make our stay a top hotel on our trip. They have quite the little touches- macarons when we arrived, cookies, chocolate pains, and spice hot tea to enjoy for free, bottled water when we arrived and offered when we left. They offered a discount at the coffee shop and the breakfast restaurant. We just enjoyed the coffee shop every morning.
The room was tiny would be our only complaint. I’m petite and my daughter is average height and it was a little tight maneuvering around the room. Same with the bathroom.

Great customer service. Very central location, close to the train station and walkable to all of the main shops and promenade. Walking outside to see the Notre Dame was beautiful! Wifi worked well.
Small room and elevator. Don't bring oversized luggage because it will not fit comfortably in the room. If you have a regular sized suitcase, you will be fine.

The hotel was located a short distance from train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags for an early check in and helped get our luggage to our room. The beds were comfortable and there were locations nearby for breakfast.

Great staff, good welcome and very decent facilities for such a modest property. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, but (see below) tiny, which we knew when we booked. The location is really good, in the heart of the shopping district but close to the tram stops which will get you pretty much everywhere. We had a very stay
The room was TINY - we knew that, although I'm not sure we anticipated quite how cramped it would be. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay, and the staff were great.

Good location, modern room and great service! Everything was clean and there are couple of different cafes just downstairs, so you can basically wake up and have a croissant in approximately 2 minutes :)
The walls are very thin - you can hear your next door neighbours speaking, not to mention all the activities from the bathroom. Also you can hear a crashing sound from the corridor every now and then. Maybe the elevator doors? Anyway, I've stayed at many hotels and this was by far the noisiest so if you are a light sleeper or get irritated easilly, then be prepared.

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel specially the staff at the reception. Julien checked us in the first day and gave us a lot of info and recommendations. It was a great introduction to the city. The girl from Portugal working in the afternoon was also super sweet and always ready to help with a bright smile. We felt at home!!! The restaurant next to the hotel was an amazing option for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We kept going back :) The area is lively and with easy access to pretty much everything. Rooms are small but still comfy and full of details. The full minibar was included. We are 100% coming back
