It is a newly-renovated, clean and pleasant hotel with a super-friendly staff right in the center of Nice. Getting bottles of water at the checkup as well as a discount at the parking was much appreciated. Overall, a very nice experience!
The flexible shower installed after the renovation was not selected well, as it is short for tall people (also it is very small).. so, if you are 1.80 cm or taller the only way to wash your hair was to bend or to remove the shower head and hold in one head.. which is not my preferred way..
I would also advise the owners to replaced the old carpet which has been left in couple of places.

The location was perfect, very central and within easy reach of everything. The hotel’s restaurant/café was extremely convenient and offered discounted prices for guests, which was a nice bonus.
Julien and the rest of the staff were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Many thanks to everyone!
Everything was great overall, but the bells of Notre Dame Basilica across the hotel starts ringing early in the morning, which might be uncomfortable for those who like to sleep in.

The design and color choices make this hotel unique and feel more like a home. There is always someone at the front desk with a friendly Bonjour or tips for exploring the area. Very comfortable bed! The breakfast options at the cafe next door were great. The flexibility was perfect for my trip.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I arrived — the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. It made my stay easy and stress-free.
Overall, a wonderful experience with the best customer service and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location was great, we walked everywhere. It’s very close to train station. There was a note in our language that welcomes us and macarons on the table. Little but thought details. :) Friendly staff made our experience better.
The size of the room and shower was a bit small. Other than that everything was good.

We LOVED the staff and the accompanying coffee shop, HUGS! They were so welcoming, answered all our questions and more to make our stay a top hotel on our trip. They have quite the little touches- macarons when we arrived, cookies, chocolate pains, and spice hot tea to enjoy for free, bottled water when we arrived and offered when we left. They offered a discount at the coffee shop and the breakfast restaurant. We just enjoyed the coffee shop every morning.
The room was tiny would be our only complaint. I’m petite and my daughter is average height and it was a little tight maneuvering around the room. Same with the bathroom.

The hotel was located a short distance from train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags for an early check in and helped get our luggage to our room. The beds were comfortable and there were locations nearby for breakfast.
Our room was a little tight for 3 adults.

Very clean space, and great location! Staff was VERY friendly! Our room looked out to the church. Very beautiful- be prepared for small rooms, but they have provided everything you can possibly need for your stay.

Friendly staff, attentive. They compensated us after we mentioned the room was not as expected
When there were problems with the WiFi, they really tried to help and provided a portable WiFi router
they have sparkling water in their water fountain

The hotel is VERY small, with very small rooms. I was not expecting this (but maybe it's common in France?). We chose a small room to begin with but it felt much worse than expected.
The room we had was not tolerable for 2 people...
The WiFi was not good enough for Zoom calls.. had to use my cellular data. Not recommended for work
To get fresh filtered water we had to go all the way to the first floor...

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel du centre, un hotel AMMI. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and communication was quick and friendly. The location is close to restaurants and public transport, which made getting around simple.the staff were very helpful specially Mohammad I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Room TINY just just enough for 2 no much movement place. most occupied by the bed.
Location is very good.
Breakfast was 2 out of 4 the first day the server was very rude and a dont care attitude the second day the younger gentleman was more willing to hear us. Probably the hotel should give in writing to the guests what is included in the
extra cost for the breakfast. Quality of breakfast good but very limited incomparison with other hotels.

The staff was all extremely helpful and friendly! The laundry service was amazing and the space was super clean. It’s a tight squeeze just like every other hotel but other than that it was our favorite place we stayed in Europe!
