The hotel is very clean and centrally located in Nice, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. There was no internet access during my visit, but I believe it was due to a provider issue, and since my stay was over the holidays, I can’t really hold it against them. Overall, I had a nice experience :)

The room that we was in there was a strong smell of smoke I’m walking with a stick and there wasn’t enough room to walk around the bed we asked for another room but was told there wasn’t one available the receptionist was lovely but would I stop there again NO I just glad I was only there two nights i felt dirty when I woke up

Good location but there were no outlet in the bathroom and one outlet in the room. For the last two days we had no WiFi . Most of the time there was nobody at the front desk. But when they were present , they were hopeful and nice.
They need to add outlets to the room and bathroom . The hairdryer in the bathroom was attached and I could not use my own hair dryer.
We got an extension cord for the main room .
Also, AC was not werking

I liked the location, very close to Nice city center and many areas to do some touristic visits and vintage shops if you’re interested.
The hotel didn’t have extra blankets, having to use 1 blanket for 2 people is not the most ideal case. The pillows were simply not good, we had to stuff them with the towels to make them more comfortable. Bed was ok.

Good location, nice looking room. Cute dachshund in the reception.
There were carpet beetle larvae in the bed, and we didn't get a refund. When we brought this up with staff we were told they could do nothing as we had booked though booking.com. We requested a refund through booking.com and got no reply from the hotel. When we contacted the hotel through the booking.com chat (ass suggested as a next step by booking.com) they accused us of making excuses and of defamation. Absolutely atrocious.
I know carpet beetles are not bedbugs, but personally, I'd rather not sleep in a bed full of insects regardless of whether they'll bite my skin or not. And if they ruined my wool clothes that would cost more than the hotel stay.
