A small refrigerator in the room Not many hotels supply that anymore - The location, excellent. Close to tram, bus and train. Small, and with a personal touch Good match quality vs price.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned every day. The level of cleanliness was excellent.
The hotel is a little bit away from the center. Not too far, but not exactly central. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and freshly prepared breakfast. Extra security provided by the very cute pet dog, Peter. The hotel is just around the corner from the Republique tram stop and a short walk from Promenade du Paillon, which is a great walk to the waterfront.

Staff - Family run business. Greeted by the son who was very helpful.
The room initially offered was not the one shown on the photographs - I'd specifically asked for a room looking onto the courtyard (and paid a little extra). The one we were offered was at the top of a tight spiral staircase where there were 5 black painted worn doors. The room was clean but small and faced onto the road. After raising it with the management we were shown the room from the photograph. We left, walked 100 metres up the road and booked into a different Hotel. We had paid in advance so wrote off the loss.

Quirky little hotel, just my style! Very friendly and helpful staff, happy to give you directions and advice about where to go. Ideal for someone travelling on their own, as I was. Exceptionally clean. I had a room on the 2nd floor with doors opening on to Juliet balcony. Love the courtyard garden, great place to have breakfast, which was plentiful and tasty. Great coffee! Very well located, near to the old town. Oh yes, mustn't forget Peter, the lovely hotel dog!
Bathroom very small, but really wasn't a problem.

Breakfast was ample and delicious and graciously served!
Didnt know wed be on the 4th floor without an elevator. Still, the owners helped us with our bags when we checked in and out. Lovely people!
