The hotel was nice, clean and cozy. Also location wise it was very near the beach a little further from the main part of the city. But there was a lot of shops to eat and shop from in the area.
I just didnt think that room justified the price. It was a little small, and had no view.

Great customer service - helpful and nice, a beautiful lobby with honesty bar 24/7, great interiors, good location
The ground level room with windows facing the street (which you cannot open) wasn’t a good pick for us (we didn’t notice it while booking) but the manager allowed us to change the room for the following night and it was excellent this time

Staff was very kind, they offered complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, the location was walking distance from cafes and shops. The check in was quick and easy.
We stayed on the third floor and the hallway lights only turned on when you were underneath and the hallway was very stuffy and humid. Our room was small but fine for us, however, the shower was small and the door was broken and the light above the mirror did not turn on. There was also some kind of renovation happening every morning at 6am which woke us up.

Everything at the hotel was excellent—the staff, the cleanliness, and the perfect location: just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the promenade with restaurants and shops. There is a bakery right below the hotel.
You can also borrow beach gear—such as a parasol, a mat, or a small chair—from the hotel free of charge. There wasn't a huge variety of items for breakfast, but everything there was very tasty and of high quality.
I have just one constructive comment. Breakfast was served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. After 10 a.m., some food items were no longer available; that is something that could be improved.
