The rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and let us check in early and check out late. Best staff I have experienced in long time, could not recommend more!

Location was only a 5 minute walk to the promenade!
Grocery stores nearby for purchase of snacks, fruit, water, etc.
Room was a bit tight for three guests. The pullout bed took up all remaining space in the room.
We were able to hear some traffic noise in the early morning but generally it was a quiet area.

Wonderful location, close to the water/Promenade, dozens and dozens of shops, bakeries, restaurants. Warm welcome and always available staff. Any person I asked went out of his/her way to be helpful and pleasant! My room was clean and comfortable. The common spaces, including some outdoor space, are nice places to relax or gather. The honor bar in the lobby seating area is a nice, welcoming touch.
Bathroom was quite small without counterspace. But there's a small rolling shelf unit in the bath so things can be easily stored.

The hotel is small and boutique, and conveniently located with a cute vibe.
The bathroom/ toilet smelled like sewer and we had to close the lid and the door to avoid smelling it in the room

Location. Staff was pleasant and accommodating
The Small Family Room was far too small for a family of five, with virtually no space for luggage or to move around comfortably. The bunk bed room had no ventilation and remained hot and stuffy despite the air conditioning running at full power, while the AC vents blew directly onto the main bed. The toilet barely worked, requiring multiple flushes each time, and there were ants in the bathroom and the smaller bedroom. The overall standard of maintenance and cleanliness was disappointing, and considering the room cost almost €1,000 for two nights, it offered very poor value for money. I also developed several very itchy bites after the stay, which I will be reporting to the hotel so they can investigate.

Clean and nice hotel with a very good location. Friendly staff. We were offered complimentary water upon arrival and departure. Bonus: you get free drinks when you skip a day of housekeeping + there are several great pastry shops just around the corner

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to the main attractions in Nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the late check-out option and the possibility to leave our luggage safely at the hotel until our flight. Thanks to the wonderful team, my mother, sister, and I had a fantastic city break.
