Location was amazing, walking distance to everything restaurants, the beach and even the train station or light rail. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful! Room was a little on the smaller side, but great courtyard/bar area available to chill in if not wondering the streets of Nice. Could not recommended staying here enough.

The hotel is in a very good location with many shops and restaurants a stone throw away. The front desk staff were also very nice.
The hotel was outdated with a lot of the furniture stained and chipped. The rooms were very small, not so clean, and there was a humid feel to the room despite AC.

I was a solo traveller and arrived at The Deck and received a warm welcome by Ellen. My room was small but they had made good use of the room. The shower was amazing. Breakfast is spread in 3 different areas. I love the front room. As usual it's hard to keep scrambled eggs hot but otherwise everything was wonderful.
The staff are a great asset and the deck area so relaxing and pretty. Also love the lift doors with their colourful murals.
Bit small for a lady from Australia but I still enjoyed.

Convenient location. Good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds, good facilities, staff were very helpful. Our initial room was really very small, when I asked about an upgrade I was offered larger room at no charge.
Although very conveniently located initial standard room was VERY small. So pleased we were able to upgrade.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the promenade and the Old Town. Very friendly staff. Bright and cheerful hotel.
Rooms aren't massive, but I was travelling solo, so it was perfectly acceptable for me.

I really liked the kindness of the staff, especially the very helpful receptionist Eleonora. The super central location is also excellent. but sorry it's not at all a 4 star hotel for Nice standards and European standards. I paid almost 250 euros for a room in mid-September but it's not worth half to me. everything is really very and too basic.
the rooms are super small. really basic tent with old girls in the corridors that stink. my room was leaking water from the air conditioning. very few amenities. super narrow space for the comfort room. the window doesn't even stay partially open it seems to suffocate you in the room. very few amenities in the bathroom. the rooms are really very small. basic and not quality breakfast for a 4 star.

Rooms really tight and noisy from adjacent rooms and hallways . Walls very thin. Also garbage truck noises every night. Not too many good sleeps. Needs more insulation windows and walls.
