Disappointing
The location was ideal! Right by the beach and Promenade Des Anglais. Tourist area with lots to do.
Way too expensive for what you get. Staff was not helpful. No restaurant. We rented a junior suite and it was no bigger than a normal hotel room. The refrigerator was the tiniest one I had ever seen. Maybe 3ft by 3ft. The hotel had no ice and I had to find a store to go buy my own. There were no dressers or drawers in the room to put clothing, so we were forced to live out of our suitcases. There was a small bar to hang some clothes, but when I asked for hangers, they only gave me 2. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Very Good
The property was centrally located to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was also close proximity to the promenade Anglais. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

We originally booked a three-night stay. Unfortunately, our first night was quite stressful. The air conditioning in our first room was working, but it was making a disturbing noise that made it impossible for us to sleep comfortably.
The staff were very kind and helpful and moved us to a better room. Because of the experience that first night, we had actually decided to cancel the remaining two nights and move to another hotel. However, after being offered the better room, we decided to stay.
The next morning, we were told that the second room had already been reserved for another guest and that we would need to move again. So, between our arrival at night and the following morning, we had to pack and change rooms twice, which was stressful and inconvenient.
What made a big difference for us was the way the situation was handled afterwards. On the second day, Ingrid Farrugia left us a personal apology letter together with some lovely gifts in our room, which we truly appreciated. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made us feel that our experience and concerns had genuinely been heard and taken seriously.
At check-out, a discount was also arranged for us to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced on our first night and the repeated room changes, which we truly appreciated.
A very special thank you to Ingrid Farrugia for her kindness, understanding and warm attitude, and for following up on the situation so thoughtfully. Despite the difficulties we experienced at the beginning of our stay, the way everything was handled afterwards left us with a much more positive final impression.

Pleasant
The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful throughout our stay. They genuinely tried to help us when we had problems with our room, and we really appreciated their attitude and cooperation. The management also apologized afterwards and left us a personal letter and some gifts, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Considering the circumstances, we believe that some financial compensation or a partial refund for the first night would have been fair and appropriate.

We stayed at the Deck hotel for one night to experience Nice and loved its central location. Everything was in walking distance.
Price was slightly high for the quality of room/ facilities.

Location.
Very small rooms with poor design. No room for luggage’s. Weird jagged desk which is not useable. Not worth the price. We choose it for location. The description says pool but they mean pool table.

The location was great! It was extremely clean and well decorated with a true vacation vibe! Staff was great! We opted for the breakfast and there was a large variety to choose from!
There was construction happening in the store next to the property making it hard to be dropped off, but that won't be permanent so don't let it stop your reservation!

Great location near everything downtown Nice. Rooms are small, but good enough for the price point.

An absolute delight..we experienced the warmth and hospitality of the wonderful folks at the Hotel from our first interaction - they made sure our stay was not only comfortable but also HAPPY...and I believe that CULTURE of the Group...since this was a start of our trip, the experience went a long way to making our rest of the holidays a very memorable one. Special thanks to YASMINE and ELEONORA for making sure we had no issues at all...All I can say is, every time I am in NICE, this is the place I will put up at !!

It’s all about the location that is the big plus of this hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the perfect location, the room was small and charming, renovated but already with some mold spots, but still, well-maintained. Every single person in the hotel is helpful and polite, breakfast was more than ok/not really 4-star hotel options, but tasty/. The coffee machine in the room worked well.
The first thought, when you book a hotel, is to have a good place to sleep, and that’s not what we got there. The bed mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, asked the next morning for the mattress topper, got an extra one/ the second one/ on the last night of stay, and they also offered us to change the room, but it was pointless to change the room on the last night of stay. I truly hope that the owner and the hotel manager will stay for the night in room 216 and enjoy the comfort they offer!

Its close to the Beach and shopping center but the location of the hotel I dont know how to describe it, it doesn't feel safe.
I hated everything about this hotel, It smelled bad. the food was horrible they didn't even have bread for breakfast. Flying bugs were everywhere in the dining room and over the food, it was super dirty other people hair was everywhere yuck, Some of the staff were not friendly at all, It was super cramped. and the on top of that it was expensive. And just an FYI those pics on the site are super enhanced it looks nothing like that these pics are super deceiving. I felt unsafe in there.
