Location, cleanliness and very friendly staff
I had to pay full price for the beach chair and umbrella. A least the company that rents the beach chairs and umbrellas should have a discount for hotel customers. Also you can’t access the beach directly from the hotel if that rental company is not open.

The breakfast does not have a lot of stuff. We had scrambled eggs at the first and second day, then they changed to boiled eggs for the rest of the week. Nothing to eat. The staff did not change the towel or cups. The staff did not supplement the tea bags. You only got 2 free water at the first day you check in.

So close to the beach! And nice, quieter side of the city. Easy walk to and from the tram, restaurants, grocery stores- and on a quiet street. Highly recommend swimming in the morning before 10. They have nice towels for very reasonable small fee. The room was small but very well equipped with everything I needed.

Location and beach service (towel, umbrella, beach mattress for 15 euros for 2!
Shower curtain in center of bathroom seemed awkward. We got used to it. More than one coffee per day would have been nice.

Go now. The staff was an amazing 11 of 10. The room was very clean. The location was great (two easy blocks from the beach). Check out Hôtel Alcôve Nice to make your stay even better.

Good location, clean room, and helpful staff. The hotel handled the issue professionally and changed our room the next day. The free breakfast was appreciated.
On the first night, the room did not match the booked bed configuration because we received a sofa bed instead of a proper single bed.

Very efficient and practical. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Luggage storage etc not a problem. Shower was good.
Room was quite small - a large suitcase would have been a problem. A second rubbish him in the bedroom. Physical room keys instead of cards. A bit noisy - both from other rooms and the street. No easy parking to drop off luggage.
