The location of this hotel is good. It is easy to get to and from the airport as the tram is very close by the hotel. It was nice to have a lift to get to the upper floors. It was nice to have cold, fresh water available by the front desk.
I found the hotel to be quite shabby. Not just my room, but in general it was dreary. The electric sockets in my room anyway, were so worn out that it was difficult to keep the plug connected. And there wasn't any socket by the bed, despite the description saying there was. The breakfast was merely adequate. There really isn't anywhere to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or anything as the breakfast room, while open was very hot. There is virtually no lobby. And, it wasn't what I would label a 'budget' hotel. The single room was quite expensive.

Great staff and reception desk. Room is clean and spacious - and very trendy with the stairs going up and the skylight window. Walking distance to train station, tram, stores, old town and beach. Great neighborhood. There is an elevator and breakfast is offered for a little extra.

This hotel has an excellent location, 5-10mins from the beach and the old town. The breakfast was decent, not wow but not bad as well.
The room is very small. Noise could be heard from nearby rooms. Worse of all, the shower is < 1 sq.m. so extremely narrow even to move when having shower. Overall shower experience was not pleasant. The room itself has rather old furniture and needs renovation.

Good location, ok rooms and helpful staff.
The room was on the smaller side and the safety deposit box in the room was very small, not possible to fit a small size iPad. No lock on the bathroom door. Very low water pressure in the shower.

We booked two rooms with balconies for a great 5 night stay. The hotel is perfectly situated on Avenue Jean Medecin with access to stores and restaurants and a short walk from Place Massena. One of our rooms did have a clogged shower drain that was fixed next day. Staff were not the friendliest, but were helpful in booking taxis to the airport. Rooms were serviced every day and were comfortably spacious.

The staff members were all very helpful and prompt to respond to questions or issues. Rooms equipped with a/c that cooled very well. Coffee and water station was very nice. Location was great as well.

The staff and the breakfast were great
Non working fan in the bathroom filled with dirt and mold, cheap hairdryer, old interiors, the bathroom was not very clean, outdated feel and very noisy.

The location was great with access to everything we needed in Nice. Breakfast was nice with lots of different options. The rooms were quiet.
The breakfast area was tight when everyone came down for breakfast. I would eat before 9am next time. There was one elevator which was small. We sent one person with luggage up to our floor. We didn't mind the stairs.
