Awesome location, few mins walk from tram station and helpful staff. Free coffee and water!
We booked two same type of room, but the size of the room are huge difference. One is probably only half size of the other room.

Friendly staff, good location. Nicely presented.
We had very noisy neighbours who were playing loud music and talking/shouting til early hours and made little effort to quieten. In hindsight, the hotel supplying earplugs should have prewarned us.

Location, staff, size of room
Door was not sound proof, could hear neighbour coughing in his room. Shower hose was leaking on day 1, housekeeping did not check when making up the room.

Just the location of the hotel.
The room is terribly small and uncomfortable. Very expensive and you dont get anything. Everything is old, the isolation very bad. You can hear almost every conversation from the hall, or just getting in or out every other people. The door are very loud. The card sometimes works, sometimes not. Bad is not comforting at all.

Hotel Nap is great! We stayed here for 1 night during the Rugby World Cup and they really made an effort with the Rugby theme!
The room itself was bigger than we expected and had everything you'd need for your stay.
The reception staff were great and we had no issues with booking taxis or storing our luggage after checking out.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will return.
