Location was great. Near the center and walkable distance to the beach.
Staff welcomed us for check in at 2:30 am which was great.
The price was reasonable for what was offered.
The bathrooms could have been a little better. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was in an excellent neighborhood, quiet at night, but near restaurants and sites.
The bathtub was small and difficult to get in and out of.

Location. Nothing more
Our room had no internet and not a working desk phone. The room in very small and should have a balcony over looking the boulevard but instead it over looked a set of noisy air conditioners on top of the adjacent roof. Very bad. This hotel should not have been rated 3 Stars

Basic clean room with kettle, fridge/water - iron& ironing board on request.
extra pillows & blankets in the room also. On the 1st floor with lift & stair access.
Room cleaned daily. The room was quiet no street noise.
Location of the Hotel was excellent & in a very nice area on Avenue Victor Hugo easy walking access to all amenities in Nice.
Bathroom was very dated but functional - More towels in the Bathroom as it was a double room. Single towels only.
Better shower products would have been good.
No view from the window ( looking at a wall on opposite side of lane way) as the room was at the side of the building re: entrance to car park etc., There are rooms with balconies available.

Nice balcony views! Location was perfect. Walkable to everything.
The mattress was a bit tough, and the pillows a bit flat, but the room was very clean. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location is good to reach beach and train station.
Bathroom isn’t good. Taking a shower is a terrible experience, the water pressure isn’t enough also shower head is leaking.

Good air con. The staff was very kind and the location was solid. Very walkable. It looked nice from the outside, though that aesthetic did not extend into the inside. (Would hate to see what it was like not "fully renovated.")
This is a stripped down, bargain basement, cracked-shower-held-together-by-spackle, low tier hotel charging solid, mid-tier hotel prices. This is the kind of hotel where they warn you in paper notes taped to the wall not to dirty the towel with your makeup or you'll be charged and then the water heater or the toilet or something randomly makes loud churning sounds all night. I could barely sleep over the racket, even with a white noise machine on. Furniture was sad and old and poorly laid out. Spending two hours working there was depressing. I have honestly stayed at better Motel 6's. And yes, I know it's Nice and they can get away with charging these prices, but I literaly paid 100 more per night for a 4 star luxury hotel in Marseille. Just felt like a very poor value for the price. I don't mind going cheap, but I don't want to pay top dollar for it.

Nice hotel, clean, great location very close to the metro (2 min walking), great hotel views and very nice staff.
Everything was great, maybe the bathroom could be a bit newer, but this was not an issue (it was very clean).

The location, everything was in walking distance which was good
The toilet being separate from the Bathroom. Although the room was great, the bathroom desperately needed refurbishing. The bath was peeling but thankfully you could have a shower which is what we did. No way could you have a bath even if you wanted one because it was in such a bad shape
