Good location. Close enough to the old town and sea and far away enough of the crowds, traffic, and noise. Good mattresses.
Exceptionally small rooms. The reception wasn’t the most hospitable but fit what we expected to meet: French arrogance. However, everywhere else, everyone was exceptionally friendly and polite.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very well located. It's within twenty minutes walking of the train station, the beach, and the old town. Overall had a great stay and would definitely return.

The air conditioning was excellent and much needed given the hot daily temperatures. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located in walking distances to sites, beach, restaurants and tram to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved that the room was spacious - three big beds in a triple room, a desk, a big TV. There was also a mini fridge, AC which was absolutely needed in those extra hot summer days. I had requested an invoice beforehand and the whole process was run smoothly and the front desk staff answered all my questions and did a great job. Another perk of this hotel is its location - close to the Old Nice, close to tram and bus stops. Something else I really like was that there is a Luggage room which is spacious and relatively secure - doesn't lock I think but it's right in front of reception. We had no problem leaving our bags to continue exploring the city before checking in.
The aesthetics of the room... could have been better. Nothing matched with anything. The hotel is in an older building, inside the room you see paintings and some modern prints. I counted over 4 different nuances of wood. Yeah it's a small disadvantage but really catches the eye. Another thing we didn't really enjoy was the fact that once you shower in the bathtub, the whole bathroom gets wet and in our case even some water spilled to the front door. This is a frequent issue in many hotels but here specifically. Although it is nothing a few towels can't fix.

La ubicacion, todo a pocas cuadras tanto la playa como la estacion de tren.
Las habitaciones grandes de epoca pero bien mantenidas y limpias sobre todo.

The hotel is located on a quiet street between the Boulevard des Anglais and the train station. The room was spacious & had a large window overlooking the private garden at the back of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good.
The room is very old and needs to be refurbished. It did not look anything like the photos! There was no air conditioning & no fan, which made the heat difficult to bear. The bathroom was very old-fashioned as well. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced.
