I stayed only two nights. Overall was ok for a 3 star hotel. The location was very good. Room was cleaned everyday.
I booked a taxi for the airport from the hotel staff. I dont recomand it. The driver came 15 min late, charged me 45 euros for 6km and pretened not to have change. He said the company price but he was private because there was no taxi sign.

Wonderful location only 3 blocks from beach. 10 minute walk to Historic area with many restaurants to choose from with pedestrians only in that area. Castle Hill is a must visit spot with amazing views over the city and beach. A trip to Monte Carlo and Eze was also worth it. Excellent breakfast room and lovely having a balcony overlooking the street. Had a lift too! Comfy bed and good sized room. Loved it ?

This is a great, "belle epoque" style hotel, in-between the gare, and the promande. The rooms are large, (for European standards), the beds are very comfortable, and the price for value in Nice cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

Location was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Nice sized bathroom. Staff was helpful. Clean.
Room was a little tight for space for 2 people, a mini fridge for storing beverages or fruit would be a great addition. Shower needed attention as would not drain well

The staff are discussing, they don’t respect women, and they ruin our staying. Also since day one we hat a toilet flooding and they do nothing about it

Easily walkable from the train station which was nice. Also close to the beach and a lot of restaurants so location was great. The room was spacious and the neighborhood quiet.
There was someone else's underwear left in a blanket that I used - didn't see this until the morning. Gross. Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. The bathroom needs updating - shower base had cracked tiles and it was small, with the curtain then sticking to you periodically. Also a sign in the elevator saying no eating or drinking in the hotel rooms - would have been good to know this before booking.

Constant noise from other rooms due to thin walls. Everything could be heard from morning to night (steps from room above, water running from both sides rooms, music, talking, doors opening and closing …) I was unable to sleep even after midnight because of the noise
I couldn’t enjoy Nice or do anything as I wake up very tired from lack of sleep. This stay caused extreme discomfort and frustration

Location in a silent neighborhood.standard breakfast . Rooms are ok . Clean washroom but small in size especially the bathing area .nice staff . Reception area was nice .

It was the most exciting experience. The staff that assisted , Mr. Alexander is the most amazingly, professional, supportive, helpful, gracious gentleman I met during my travels. He even arranged transportation for me from the train station and to the airport. He made my stay at the hotel a unique, delightful experience. The hotel is absolutely great and excellent. In the very heat of Nice, a few steps away from the downtown and business area, absolutely clean, comfortable, totally accessible both walking and by bus, trains or taxi. It’s only a few steps away from malls, luxury stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, parks, plazas, gift shops, and produce markets. The beach is not too far if you decide to walk, the neighborhood is totally safe, and elegant. It’s an amazing place to stay.
I can’t think of anything I disliked . It was the perfect place for me. The positive experience is unforgettable.
