Very Good
Third time we have stayed here and very practical for our needs. Access to train station and main areas excellent and a lovely variety of cuisines also. Room was good size but the noise of early morning deliveries and the rubbish trucks terrible. It was cold with air con on overnight so opted to keep window partially open so a trade off I know. Breakfast excellent and well presented. Staff very helpful and lovely to have the garden to look out on or indeed sit in.
The hotel rooms are beginning to look incredibly tired and perhaps some rejuvenation needs to happen

Smooth check in experience. Friendly staff at reception. Great location for Promenade des Anglais and restaurants. Was able to book a taxi to the airport with staff in reception. Pretty garde area for sitting with drinks. Great breakfast!

This hotel was lovely, very clean, very helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Bit noisy of a morning I think it was the bin men but otherwise a great stay. Would stay again if we ever come to nice

Room was very good and comfortable. The location was good for the promenade, the railway station and the Old Town which are all in different directions
In the room, a light would have been helpful over the tea and coffee making facilities. It was a fair way from the old town which was fine for us, but others may find it a bit far.

The garden and the faade of the building!
At first hotel staff wanted to give us a room on 4th floor which could not be reached by elevator.
Lift only goes to third floor. We did not accept any room on 4th floor and they gave us a room on 1st floor. We also disliked the parking too narrow. Last but not least breakfast staff unwillingly to prepare fried eggs!

Everything, including the location was perfect for we two friends. The breakfast every day was outstanding!
The garden area was so beautiful and the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.

The location of hotel Excellent for seniors. Nice lounge areas and the garden was a bonus. Breakfasts were most enjoyable great variety. Nice quiet room though a little small for seniors to negotiate one side of the bed.the
Towels were a little thin and maybe a better selection of toiletries would have been nice.

The garden is beautiful and one can have something to drink and relax.
The beds are super comfortable and even if the hotel is placed on a busy street, the acoustic isolation is quite good.
Sadly looks like there was a private party, thus the hotel bar was attended by the receptionist who was extremely nice and tried to do it as best as possible, but didn't know how to prepare the drinks. Of course, understandable. It's not her job.
