The hotel had a modern, sleek vibe, and the décor looked great in every corner of the property. We actually booked an extra day, staying a total of four days—and it was wonderful. The location couldn’t have been more convenient: just a three-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants all around. There’s even a mall within walking distance next to a beautiful old cathedral that gives a bit of Notre Dame charm.
We even walked to Old Town one day, which took less than twenty minutes. The daily breakfast was surprisingly good compared to many other places I’ve stayed. Our room was very comfortable, the balcony was a lovely touch, and the shower was fantastic—excellent water pressure and it heated up quickly, which was exactly what we needed after exploring.
Being on the corner of an intersection made Uber pickups a breeze. And honestly, the best part was the team: every single staff member greeted us each time we entered or left the building. It made us feel genuinely safe, welcomed, and truly cared for throughout our stay.
They didn’t ask me for my instagram account, so I could also be to be featured on their wall project they made by the elevators during our stay. Lol

We were lucky to get a really good deal on Booking for Hotel Khla. At first, we got one of those small rooms (around 15 sqm) that everyone talks about. The size didn’t really bother us, but there was a strong smell coming from the carpet. We asked for a room change, and the next day we were moved to a bigger one without carpet — which was great!
The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of proteins, vegetables, and also sweets. We really appreciated the little Halloween-themed treats and the nice decorations around the hotel.
The location is also great — just a 2-minute walk from the train station, with easy access to tram, bus, and lots of places within walking distance.
If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful
Breakfast is great! Alongside eating area which is very nice decorated. The room was really small but had everything we needed. It was also tidy, clean, good for just sleeping and not spending much time in it but discovering the city and region.
Soft mattress but that is just my preference.

Location close to trains and city transportation. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with good selection and even freshly squeezed orange juice.
The room was totally inadequate for 2 people or for more than a one night stay. Only 1 chair, no place for luggage, no night tables and night lights only on one side of the bed. Spartan doesn’t begin to describe it.
In the bathroom beside a wall mounted soap dispenser and towels nothing else.
Room cleaning during our 4 nights stay consisted of making up the bed. The sink was not cleaned even once. After the second night there was no soap in the shower dispenser. Used empty glasses were not removed and replaced with clean ones. By North American standards it would be a 2 star rating.

We really loved our stay here! The hotel is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the railway station, the tram, and just a short walk from the city center. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and always ready to help. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again!

Room was much smaller than I expected - cramped. Looked renovated but with old parts still showing. Could not get air conditioning to work properly.

Location is great, near train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Shower very slippery, could be a problem for seniors.
This room is especially small, could hardly move around in. Extremely inconvenient with more than 1 piece of luggage. Also the hotel did not allow us to leave our luggage there even as we were coming back in a few days. Very disappointing in that respect.

Room is very small, but better than the one we got on our first stay (Aug 21-Aug24). Bathroom can be hard to use for seniors (slippery bathtub). The safe was located in a very odd place (bottom drawer on the floor) and thus useless.
