The breakfast was rich and offered a good variety of options. It seemed quite standardized for the area, as I noticed that another hotel I stayed at nearby had an almost identical breakfast selection. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around.
The view from the room was not pleasant, as it faced a small space between buildings filled with air-conditioning units and dirt. The bathroom also had a sewage smell, which unfortunately seems common in the area. The biggest issue, however, was the poor sound insulation — even normal TV volume and a brief laugh resulted in neighbors knocking on the wall, which was quite unsettling.

The room was not clean. There was a stain in the sheets. I asked to change them but since we arrived late it was not possible. We asked for our room to be changed, and even accepted a smaller room, but that was not available neither.

Excellent staff. In the last few years of my European travel, this was one of the best hotels. Breakfast is hefty and fresh, and up to 10:30 AM. Best location. 24/7 staff on counter and always smiling and going out of their way to help.

The shower wasn’t working—we reported it twice and nothing was done. There was no extra toilet paper despite asking multiple times, and the holder itself was broken. We also found broken nails on the floor, no milk in the fridge, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Overall, very disappointing attention to cleanliness and basic maintenance. There was one shampoo for handwash, hair, and body! all one.

Our stay was amazing! They prepared a surprise for my birthday and even upgraded our room. On top of that, the hotel’s location is perfect - very close to the main train station and within walking distance of almost everything in Nice. The main shopping street is just around the corner, with plenty of dining and bakery options, a large supermarket nearby, and the sea and the beach promenade only about 10 minutes away. The room was somewhat small, but completely functional for the two of us (we stayed in room 509, if you’re hoping for a good one ?). The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean. Before arriving, I had read some reviews saying the hotel was noisy, that the sound insulation was poor, and that the neighborhood wasn’t safe. However, that wasn’t our experience at all. The hotel was full, yet we could hardly hear anyone, and we felt completely comfortable in the area. The staff were also incredibly nice and friendly! Overall, good value for money.
The elevator is a bit slow, but nothing too drastic. We didn’t have breakfast included since it seemed a bit pricey, so I can’t comment on that.

Location. Throw stone away from the Nice main train station. Breakfast is good.
The room was tight. That i have to maneuver my luggage to reach the other side of the bed. The water faucet will smell kind of like egg when opened.

Everything. The location is excellent, three minute walk. Tram five minute walk. The Beach & Promenade ten minute walk. The breakfast buffet is amazing. They have a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby plus a water infused station. The Staff is outstanding. It was my birthday April 1st. They decorated my bed with balloons. I had a beautiful card and gifts do unexpected. I highly recommend. I will be back again in July.

The location is convenient if you plan to use the train, also within the walkig distance to the old town/beach area. We paid for the room with balcony and that adds a nice touch.
Unfortunately, my overall stay was negatively impacted by an interaction with a rude member of the front desk team, which is why my rating reflects this. After checking out at the regular time, we left our luggage and returned before our flight to pick it up. At that point, I realized I had left my phone charger in the room. Since our flight was in about two hours and I had no other charger, I politely asked the receptionist, Sarah, for help. She briefly checked a cabinet behind the desk and said it wasn’t there, adding that housekeeping could check the next day. I explained that I was leaving very soon and asked if a staff member could quickly check the room, but she refused, saying it wasn’t possible due to “security reasons.” I clarified that I wasn’t asking to go myself, only for someone from the hotel to check, but she still declined. I then suggested calling the room so as not to disturb the new guests. She initially said there was no phone in the room, which surprised me since I had just stayed there and there was one next to the bed. After I mentioned that, she said she called but no one answered. Throughout the conversation, the attitude felt dismissive and unwilling to help. Another staff member, Martina, noticed the situation and kindly offered to check the room herself, which I truly appreciated. What made the situation particularly disappointing happened as we were leaving the hotel. After repeatedly being refused help, I asked Sarah for her name. At that moment, there was a noticeable and sudden shift in her attitude. Her tone changed, and she then offered a hotel adapter free of charge as a gesture. While I understand the intention behind the offer, it felt difficult to accept it as genuine at that point. The contrast between the earlier dismissive approach and the sudden willingness to help only after being asked for her name was quite striking.
