The location was very convenient
The rooms werent clean. Even the room service was very bad, they dont change towels or remove dirty cups. Only make the bed.

Wonderful
Beautiful, charming hotel with a classic style and very well maintained. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was also large and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and everything tasted great. The location is perfect, right in the center of Nice. Staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful, especially when we requested a room change.
Poor sound insulation from the windows, you can hear a lot of outside noise, which forced us to change rooms after the first night. Unfortunately, we had to move to an older room without a view despite paying extra initially. WiFi was unreliable in the rooms. Nearby parking is convenient but very expensive and not great quality, it would be nice if the hotel offered discounted rates.

Breakfast was additional charge, decent buffet, location was superb, walkable to almost all sights and right at a tram stop. , Comfortable bed and good A/C. Very professional staff at front desk and breakfast
It did take until after 3:00PM for room to be serviced which was sometimes a minor issue. Room was very small, barely room to walk around the bed, and it was easy to flood the floor with the shower, but perhaps that was us.

The breakfast was very nice. The bed was comfortable. It was in a good location
The internet was very erratic, the room was a little noisy over a bus stop and we asked for a quiet room. The AC wasn't turned on yet --and the person at the desk was very irritable that we were even asking her about anything. Her name was Saoussen. I mention her in particular because everyone else behind the desk were incredibly friendly.

The building and rooms were a bit rundown. Probably average three to three and a half star rating like Holiday inn.breakfast was average and basic.

We got an upgraded room so nice size. Very clean Nice amenities
No air conditioning. Not unusual for France, but the AC had not been turned on for the season and room was very hot. Had to open the window for air but unfortunately the upgraded rooms face the ocean, which is beautiful but the street noise kept us awake all night for 2 nights. It would have been better not to get the upgrade and have a room on the back side of the property with less noise. So consider the time of year you are going if you need AC. We traveled in late March and was already warm.

Good location. It looks and initially feels like a 4 star hotel but falls short in many areas. Staff are friendly.
Room layouts are bad. Broken room fixtures. Window in bathroom means if u wake up earlier then your partner they get a bright light due to the bathroom light. They didn’t follow up with any service request. TV didn’t work and wasn’t fixed. They never followed up with missing amenities in the room. AC isn’t that cold.

The hotel didn’t have lounge for residents and no facilities for freshen up when you have a late flight after checking out at noon.
