Good size rooms and location
Set up of the bathrooms in the junior suites. No sink with the toilet. You have to go to the other room.AC wasn’t very strong in our room but it was better than no having one at all.

Disappointing
I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at the La Aston Scala in Nice, and I am notifying both you and Booking.com of these concerns. Several issues arose during my occupancy that I found to be unacceptable and not in line with expected standards. Firstly, on at least two of the initial three nights (iam still here fir one more evening) of my stay, the room emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a "sewer." Secondly, the internet service was non-functional upon my arrival. It was onlv after I specifically instructed the front desk via emai to reset the router that the service became operational and has since performed adequately.

Location, rooftop bar and restaurant, room balcony had great views, breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. Overall the stay was fantastic value for money.
Some minor facility issues around the shower and bath/shower (suggest changing the taps)

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The AC did not work in our room. We were on the 5th floor and the temperature in Nice was in the high 90’s. Our room was absolutely unbearable. It was stifling. We were told that the hotel was filled to capacity and changing rooms was not an option. The only saving grace was they brought us a fan. Not a fun experience!

The location was great. The staff were lovely.
Basic amenities were difficult such as getting an iron! We managed to get one but no ironing board. Our shower gel wasn't refilled even when asked and the pool could have been cleaner

Centrally located
The pool closes too early at 5:00 pm. I didn’t like the shower tub. It’s very deep and hard to get in and out of it. Anyone with mobility issues will find it difficult and dangerous. There’s not enough outlets and I wasn’t able to use my hair tool. The lighting in the bathroom is poor to see yourself in the mirror. There’s no luggage racks to put your luggage on.

The rooms werent clean. Even the room service was very bad, they dont change towels or remove dirty cups. Only make the bed.
