Excellent location, 2 minutes to the train station Nice Ville, around 30 minutes to the airport by tram. The hotel is very clean, everything looks impeccable. Staff very nice, Basil especially was very helpful and with great conversation. This is our second stay here and probably we will choose it again. Breakfast is very good also. Recommend!

The hotel is located in the city center, just 100 meters from Nice Ville train station, which is very convenient for me as I travel to nearby towns every day. There is a supermarket next to the train station, and there are many restaurants and fast food options. I stayed for seven nights and the place was clean and safe. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly, and Basile was very patient also gave me great travel advice. Highly recommended.

Great location, straight forward room and the bed is clean. Staff was very hospitable and willing to help.
Carpet was run down - needs a deep clean to give the room a fresh feeling.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the train station, close to shops, restaurants and the Old Town.
The staff stole the show—warm, proactive, and super helpful. Huge shoutout to Aziz at reception! His spot-on restaurant recs, train ticket help, and friendly greetings made our trip magical. He truly went above and beyond, and genuinely care about every guest!
Minor note: room is compact, but very comfortable. Highly recommend—especially if Aziz is on shift!

nice room, perfect location, lounge area on the ground floor offering complimentary coffee and tea anytime of the day was a surprise. And the bonus, Aziz at the front desk was so friendly and pleasant. It's amazing that he remembers everyone's name by heart and always greets you by Mr & Mrs with a big smile day or night.

Easy access to train station during rail strike in France. We were not expecting such a great stay. Julia at front desk was so nice, room awesome and so quiet! Breakfast (and staff there) were great also

Had it not been them putting us for 2 nights in a much smaller room than what I booked, i would have given a 10 in everything all the way! The hotel should only give the 114, 214, 314 rooms (the ‘14’ line) to solo travelers.
Being put in a room that was not what I booked, which was unbearably small and cramped.
