The location of the hotel was excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was okay — not great, but acceptable.
However, the non-refundable policy was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I lost two nights of my booking and couldn’t get any refund, which was frustrating.

The location was great, and the room was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.
The problem for us was that bathroom was not wheelchair accessible, the toilet was too low and the shower had a step so the wheelchair was not able to enter the shower.

Room was bigger than photos and clean. Bed was so comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Aziz, he took care of us very well. Location is excellent, you can walk to everywhere just in a few minutes.

Location is excellent..about a 5 minute or less walk to Nice Ville railway station, from where one can take trains to all
the nearby towns like Antibes, Villefranche sur mer, Eze, Cagnes sur mer, Grasse, Cannes, etc ,etc
Aziz at the front desk and Esther were both extremely helpful !..I would give them both a 10!. Esther helped me with WIFI and gave me very good tips..Also the others at the front desk were very polite..
Also I got the room I requested... I also much appreciate, that water bottles and tea/coffee is available 24 hours..
Trams station is just outside the hotel ( just a one minute walk) !!..Just hop on and one can go to all the neighborhoods of Nice, like Girbaldi, Opera Ville Nice, Vauban, , etc etc

Excellent stay with outstanding concierge service
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel 64 Nice, made even more memorable thanks to Aziz at the Concierge desk. He was incredibly smart, witty, and genuinely informative—always ready with thoughtful recommendations and helpful insights that made navigating Nice effortless. His professionalism combined with a warm, engaging personality truly elevated the stay. The hotel itself is well-located, comfortable, and welcoming, but Aziz’s exceptional service is what really stood out. Highly recommend Hotel 64 Nice, especially if you appreciate attentive and knowledgeable concierge support.
While the stay was very pleasant overall, a few small enhancements could make it even better. Providing more complimentary drinking water (room temperature) in the room would be appreciated, along with additional toiletries such as a dental kit and bedroom slippers. Adding a small stand or shelf in the shower area to place personal shampoo or shower gel would also improve comfort and convenience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and the service was consistently helpful. I especially appreciated the concierge, Aziz, who was friendly and handled my requests smoothly without any fuss. His assistance made things easier during my visit. Overall, a good experience and a place I’d consider staying again.

The room was excellent, clean, and cleaned daily. There was a kitchen where you could get free water and make yourself coffee. It was close to the tow bus stop

Coffee and water available 24 hours. Location was quick walk from train station and an easy walk to shops and the shore. Staff was friendly and facility was very clean.
The elevator was small and a little slow, but it didn't really bother me.

Room - clean and fresh. Air condition (AC) option. Staff was helpful and very polite. Location was very convenient if you plan use the train like main transport for travel around (Monaco, Cannes etc). 15min walk from English promenade (Sea). Breakfast - good quality.

Great clean hotel very convenient to the train station for day trips etc. Nice breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. Also right next to the tram stop which takes you down to the main plaza, old town, near beach etc.

The location is good
There is no fridge, coffee machine, or kettle in the room. If you want hot drinks, you have to go down to the lobby.
The noise in the hallways wakes us up, and you can hear the vacuum cleaner.
Cars cannot reach the hotel entrance because it’s on a metro street, so you have to stop on the side street and carry your luggage yourself to the hotel and to your room, as there is no luggage service.
The hotel’s internet is out of service and not working.
