The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the airport, with many restaurants, a shopping centre and a bus stop nearby. Nice is easy to reach by bus, and Monaco, Antibes and other beautiful places on the French Riviera are also easily accessible. This makes the hotel a good choice for those who want to explore the area rather than spend the whole holiday at the hotel. We also liked the good breakfast and the convenient free airport shuttle service.
The biggest disappointment was the beach directly in front of the hotel. The photos on Booking.com and the hotel’s website show beautiful, clear blue water, but in reality the water was brown and murky most of the time, apparently due to the nearby Var River. During our 5-night stay, there was only one day when the water was more or less blue. If you choose this hotel mainly for the sea, this is important to know. We eventually found a much cleaner beach, but it was a 20–25 minute walk away.
The room was also disappointing. It looked much newer in the photos, but in reality it was quite old and needed renovation. There was dust, dirty curtains and net curtains, dirt on the pillows underneath the pillowcases, and mould in the bathroom. Although everything worked, including the air conditioning, the cleanliness and condition of the room did not match the price.

Location, atmosphere, free shutle bus to the airport, sea and a small but nice promenade right next to the hotel! This was a perfect stay before flight and so, nicely finalizing a tour around the Cote d'Azure. Very good breakfast and indeed super that one may order differend omletes!
