the staff was the best part. They all were very helpful and nice. Lilya from the restaurant was very helpful and knew what to offer and gave a personal warm greeting every morning remembering what I like and how right from the first day.
the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming and patient and let me keep my stuff all day long after I checked out.
defenetly huge plus. I got the bathtub as asked.
I had higher expectations from the gym. it was pretty old and warn out although the view was amazing.

Breakfast was good, but after five days, the exact same breakfast got old after a while. The water never got very hot for showers. And the shower/bathtub was very high to step into, safely.

The location of the hotel is top. Close to old town, beach and many restaurants are in walking distance.
Bathroom slightly outdated but it has all the necessary facilities. Elevators are fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The windows were of bad quality and they hardly reduced the street noise. You could also hardly open them and the locking mechanism was half broken. Otherwise no bad things I could say about this hotel.

Super location with pricey but convenient parking next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with some gluten-free items.
A bit street noisy but not bad enough to disturb sleep. It’s a trade off for the location.

Breakfast- good choice of fresh food and pastries.
My room was tired and not very relaxing.
No full length mirror
No storage space other than a tiny area of 5 hangers
Strange noise from bathroom with a fan that has a big hole into a void. It was on all of the time so was very noisy at night time.
Bathroom needs a good clean as clearly splash marks on the bath and the doors from previous guests.
My friends had much nicer rooms - poor value for money!

Location was nice
Lost power for two days. No solutions put in place. No AC, lights, electricity to charge devices. Staff didn’t communicate what was happening unless you asked directly.

Breakfast was outstanding!! Hotel rooms were spacious, clean.
Not enough lighting in each room. We turned on ever light big and small and opened the curtains, it was still dark.

The location was fantastic and we needed a garage for our rental car and it was right next door so very convenient. It was easily walkable to everything: the shops, restaurants and all the tourist sites and the beach. Great location. Our room was clean and the bed comfy with nice sheets. The staff was friendly and the hotel restaurant food was good.
It was just fine.
