The staff were accommodating. Area was close to the center of the city and train station is walkable. Breakfast was enjoyable though it’s the same fare everyday.

Location is alright, It's in between the walking areas and the train station. but not a part of either shopping area.
Staff was super helpful.
Stay was peaceful.
The restaurant staff could be a little polite. We didn't bother as they didn't seem interested.
Room is pretty basic and shows wear/tear.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room we stayed in was quite good in terms of size. Location is great, within walking distance to everything and quite peaceful. Just don't expect a modern hotel but, feels slightly dated there was nothing wrong with our stay.

the staff was the best part. They all were very helpful and nice. Lilya from the restaurant was very helpful and knew what to offer and gave a personal warm greeting every morning remembering what I like and how right from the first day.
the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming and patient and let me keep my stuff all day long after I checked out.
defenetly huge plus. I got the bathtub as asked.
I had higher expectations from the gym. it was pretty old and warn out although the view was amazing.

Breakfast was good, but after five days, the exact same breakfast got old after a while. The water never got very hot for showers. And the shower/bathtub was very high to step into, safely.

The location of the hotel is top. Close to old town, beach and many restaurants are in walking distance.
Bathroom slightly outdated but it has all the necessary facilities. Elevators are fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The windows were of bad quality and they hardly reduced the street noise. You could also hardly open them and the locking mechanism was half broken. Otherwise no bad things I could say about this hotel.
