The breakfast was one of the best I've come across in a hotel.The staff was exceptionally friendly, polite and willing to cooperate with everything that you need. They even welcomed us with a charming welcome note, box of candies, and balloons. The location of the hotel is great!

The location is superb. Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast. Staff are polite and professional. Very clean.
Rooms are too small, you can hardly function. We would have liked new teabags every day, as well as small coffee bags.

As a couple it’s our first time in Nice. We spent 3 nights at this Hotel. Room #504
Location: Very good 10/10, The hotel is located very close to nearby attractions, old nice, transportation solutions, shopping malls, cafes, etc. There is direct access via tram from airport or 15 min. away by drive.
Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10, there is welcome drink, some cookies and free coffee water 7/24
Personnel: Overall very kind and helpful 10/10.
Room: Room is large enough, quiet, comfortable and modern. Basic toiletries including slippers are, however, not available. We didn’t need A/C in this season, so no comment. Daily cleaning was timely and excellent. WC/shower area is nice. Good sleep quality, bed, pillow, quilt, and mattress 10/10.
Two bottles of water is only available on the first day. Minibar is clean, but empty.
Common spaces: 9/10, it’s a tiny boutique-size hotel, so don’t expect too much.
Security: 10/10, 7/24 reception is available.
Overall hygiene: 10/10
Overall: Our experience was 9/10 and we will consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips.
Wi-Fi: 8/10, sometimes we have experienced lost connections issues, but overall, it’s ok.
Food: 7/10 good, satisfactory breakfast, but it could be better

Stuff is so helpful and friendly.There are home made breakfast, a lot of complimentary beverages. Location of is great and close to everything. You feel so welcome in that property so you won’t even leave!

Wonderful
Wonderful and hospitable staff! Great location- right off a main avenue but on a quiet street. The hotel is situated in a part town that is walkable to the sights and various neighborhoods of Nice. The bed was comfortable, the windows were sound proof and everything was very clean, in good condition and worked well. I would return!
