Staff was friendly and helpful and surprised me with a better room than i expected Location was good for me Far from the tourist noise but accessible to the old town and close to the tram and trains to get to other places on the Sote dAzure
Tradeoff to a quiet area is limited restaurants available after8p

The location in nice centre was so perfect! Rooms were fine for a 2 night stay.
Reception too small when 4 persons arrive at same time. Staff rather stressed.

Very friendly staff. Clean Very convenient location. In the heart of the city for shopping,eating site seeing, airport transfer via tram (5 min.walk to tram.station), acces to train station for Monaco, Cannes...etc
Room was too small but for this location and the size of the hotel, it may be normal.

Room was clean
Room was too small we couldn't open our large suitcase anywhere but on the bed. Only one English speaking channel on TV and that was China TV. Asked for someone to look at it no-one came. Shelf at side of bed was loose. This was the only place to put a glass of water/tea whilst in bed (Room too small for bedside table) Asked for someone to look at it no-one did.

Location was excellent - hotel is right in the city center. Staff was highly helpful - they gave us a larger room when understanding the one initially allocated was too small for the three of us. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was overall nice.
Although breakfast was good, the variety of egg dishes was lacking. But overall it was satisfactory. :) It would have been nice to have.

Good location. Parking and tram nearby. Easy walk to beach and old town.

The location is perfect, short walk to the beach and old town and just beside the tram stop that goes to the airport. Very clean and friendly staff. There is also free coffee and water any time during the day in the kitchenette.
The doors are so heavy.

Our bed was comfortable and the location was great. We could walk anywhere wed want to be in Nice. The property was very clean.
Our room was very small and the bathroom was almost unmanageable. In order to use the toilet you had to sit sideways.
