It’s a great location, the room was large and clean. The breakfast was perfect, good coffee, pastries, eggs and meat/cheese and breads.

I have never encountered a hotel with such rude staff. They cancelled our booking 30 minutes before we arrived and told us that they already gave our room away, after I re-validated my credit card 3 times. They told us "we couldn't charge your credit card, so we canceled the booking", even though the reservation was supposed to be pay at the property. Of course the room was not available anymore, which seemed very shady.

The location is very practical and near everything. Nice staff.
The rooms are dated and need urgent renovation. The price is absurdly high for what the hotel offers.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful.
We paid for the breakfast each day and it was worth the money! All the items were from local vendors on the southern part of France.
Marine , who sets up the breakfast was wonderful! I am gluten free and each morning she had my gf bread waiting for me!
The director/ manager also came to speak to us and she was lovely!
It is located in a central part of Nice and not far from the train station or the old town .

It was a lovely stay . Although coffee and tea was not replenished enough
No mat in shower but asked for one and was given one.
I could not fault the staff there so so helpful and pleasant always a smile . The Twin beds were so comfy and pillows fantastic.

That it was close. To all of the shopping and the restaurants.
It did not look like it does in the pictures. It’s definitely a lot older than what the pictures show.. the property was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was wonderful. So close to the train station and also the tram. Room was quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast selection and the breakfast time stayed open a bit later for us late risers. The staff was so attentive, too.

Thin walls - we could hear people talking in the next room, in the morning 4 different alarms going off and somebody snoring. But still we quite enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are too small, you can hardly function. We would have liked new teabags every day, as well as small coffee bags.
