Perfect location walk to everything
Although boasting a kitchenette it was not well equipped. No cooking utensils at all and no tea towel!
Tv didnt always work and when we requested a new battery for remote we were directed to a shop to buy it ourselves! No wine glasses ( in France!) light above entrance doorway was out and nearly impossible to see keyhole in no dark. Pillows were very soft and lumpy

Disappointing
Location
I must express my disappointment with Goldstar Apartments & Suites. The room service policy, where it is only provided every three days and requires a 24-hour advance notice, is truly inconvenient. Furthermore, encountering a cockroach in the room was not only unpleasant but also concerning in terms of hygiene standards.
Adding to the frustration, the breakfast being located in a separate hotel across the road is far from convenient, and the limited breakfast choices hardly justify the hefty price of 16 per person.
The check-in process also left much to be desired. With only one staff member at the reception, the process took an agonizingly long time. This issue was exacerbated by the strict 3 pm check-in policy, resulting in a lengthy queue as everyone was forced to wait until that specific time.
All in all, my experience at this apartment was far from satisfactory, and I would advise against staying here as it does not justify the cost or time invested.

Clean, comfortable room, in a good central location. Friendly staff at reception.
Only one person on at reception, led to a lengthy check in process as everyone, us included, came at 3pm to check in!
I would also agree that it feels very old fashioned because of the wood panelling. I think if the interior was modernised it would give the place a big lift.

The hotel ask for big deposit even the rental agreement doesn't say anything about that.
The room also needs urgent renovation.

Staff were excellent, cleaniness and the location.
Wished the kitchen was stocked with more than some additional dishes for serving and preparation instead of just 2 of each. Some additional cooking utensils.

Reception taking 100 deposit money-after check out they promised return this moneybut they dont do it ..I was contact and ask what is the problem they told that is was done but is not true!!!!! I still have -100 on my account and I traveling a lot and never was situation like this!!!!

Apartments are spaceous and well located. Breakfast was great!
Rooms only cleaned only once during our 4 night stay. Further cleaning was at an extra charge. This should have been clearly communicated. Only one luagge trolley available.

Staff were very helpful. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Air con was a real bonus. Parking on site was good for our friend who visited us and lives nearby. Excellent value for money given the location. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Despite the shortcomings we would definitely stay at Goldstar again.
The kitchenette was badly laid out. You couldnt get to the sink without putting your head under the cabinets. The doors in the bathroom all needed attention as they didnt shut without them dragging and making a noise. Minimal toiletries.

Being charged the wrong amount for 1 extra night.3x times more than the nightly rate!!!! No one would take ownership EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as we were returning guests!!!!!

Wonderful
Very clean, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, nicely equipped kitchen.
Floors in bedroom and living room could be made of something else - the tiles made both rooms quite cold.
