Relatively near to Nice-ville station and many food options
Stayed for 7 nights and on a few nights, we didnt have wifi connection as it indicated connection overload. But to be fair, we didnt inform the staff until check-out as it was rather late.

Staff were lovely. Nice roof top terrace. Kettle in room. Bed was large and comfy. Near to tram.
Bathroom was very small and dated. Tiny shower with curtain. Location was near to main tram street but felt a little sketchy at night.

The reception staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and had numerous options to choose from!
The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was tidy and clean.
The WiFi was extremely unstable in our room, which made things a little bit difficult.
Although the bathroom was spacious, it had a swage smell coming from the drainage in the shower, which spread across the entire room, making out stay a little bit unpleasant.
Also, the room they gave us (chambre 04) was on the ground floor and our window was face to face with the street and the sidewalk, which made us stay with the curtains closed at all times in order to have a little bit of privacy. And, because of it, it was really noise in the first hours of the morning, making it a little bit difficult to sleep.
Unfortunetely, we probably wouldnt come back to this hotel.

Would recommend. Easy walk to main area,Cafe and shops..which takes all the way down to beach and restaurants.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Provided us with great recommendations for our trip. Hotel had lovely touches e.g. sunscreen, lemon water for all guests to use. They also provide free towels for the beach. We had a nice buffet breakfast each morning for a great price. Terrace on the top floor is also great. Great location and enjoyed our room

We enjoyed the location and especially appreciated the friendly helpful service of the staff. They were hospitable and accommodated our request to hold our bags for a few hours before check in and after check out. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
