Proper and functioning AC in the room during summer was relieving to combat the heat. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is rather central, and the nearest tram station is within walking distance.
The lock of our bathroom door was broken and could not be locked.

A true hidden gem with staff whose professionalism and warmth far exceed the local standard. Breakfast is exceptional, offering everything from fresh produce and specialty coffee to a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes (I loved the omelette and veggies).
There is also complimentary afternoon snack with fresh juice, coffee, and fresh pastries: they put some dancy music to refresh your day in the afternoon.
Special thanks to Ms. Anastasia for urgently and efficiently handling my stay extension, not once but twice !
The staff also chose a room that matches my needs without me even having to ask.
The attention to detail here clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of true hospitality.
I wish the hotel kept the breakfast room open more hours during the day for digital nomads since there are no dedicated lobbies.
Although I understand this is not necessarily something most guests need.

Close to train station, has a big terrace
The room was dusty, stains on sheets, the sofa bed was very old and awful, couldnt sleep, couldnt move because of its noise, very old furniture.

Staff was nice and they kept my suitcase 3 days, much appreciated. Breakfast was good and abundant, bed comfortable and there is a spot to hang out on the roof.
Very basic and location is not great. Expensive for what you get. Smallest bathroom and shower ever. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you.

Fantastic hotel for the price, located near the train station and main shopping street, and just a short walk away from Place Massena, the Promenade and Old Nice. The district is calm and quiet at night, so a good nights sleep is easy. Quite a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was large, beds comfortable, and air conditioning worked well.
Minor detail, but the elevator was scary, a typical small one in an old building, the hotel can’t change it, but we preferred using the stairs.
