Great location at a walkable distance to Nice Airport Terminal 1. Great value. Parking option.

The hotel is much closer to the terminal than google maps suggests, you can pass between the buildings and get there faster. The room was clean.
The airconditioning was terrible - the air coming out was so poor quality we both woke up the next morning with sore throat

Close to the airport when you have to catch an early flight.
Wasn't very clean. Like someone indeed did clean but was in a too much hurry and missed things here and there.

Good to have 4 good friends in one room. Clean and with comfort beds. Very close to.the airport.

It was good that the hotel was so close to the airport. The staff was nice and accommodating. Good place for a layover.
The location in itself is not very nice. The room was clean-ish but could have been better. We couldn't get the AC to work (if there was one?). The water pressure in the shower was not good.

Room was within easy walking distance to the airport. 7-10 minutes.
Room was "very" small with limited amenities. Eg: shower no shelving to place anything and floor extremely slippery. Had to be very careful not to fall.

Very friendly helpful staff. Got a room at arrival at 8 am. Thank you so much ! Bed comfy, great Italian shower and very good surprise: Nespresso coffee and tea machine in the room. Heard no noise : good insulation

It was perfect . Location . Tram ride into the old town minutes away Port of Nice also very easy to get the tram close to the hotel and arrive there . The STAFF that I met were excellent, bedroom great size . Breakfast very good . I am Already planning my next visit to stay here

Superb hotel postioned opposite Nice Airport Terminal 1 and a very short walk to trams, trains and buses. Reception staff were multilingual, warm and welcoming. The whole hotel was sparkling clean and clearly being kept that way on a daily basis. The room was a decent size with a Nespresso coffee machine. Storage was adequate for my 2/3 day stay and the whole place, bathroom included, spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable indeed. Bathroom had an excellent shower and plenty of room. I really can't fault this hotel: it's a gem!
I can't find anything to review negatively. The hotel is as near perfect as you'll ever find.
