Clean and close to the airport. Basic, but did what we needed for one night.
We arrived at the property after a long day and the bar closed at 11pm, but vending opportunities available.

After booking through Booking.com, I received the following message from the hotel: We will take a caution on your credit card in order to guarantee your possible consumptions and the condition of the room upon your departure. Any missing equipment will be charged. Our hotel-restaurant is non-smoking, if a smell of cigarette is noted and the room is not sellable the night following your departure, this night will be charged to you at the daily rate. These 'threats' (sentences 2–3) completely discouraged us from wanting to visit the hotel. By the way: When we arrived in the early evening of May 23rd, the lady on duty at the reception desk treated us in a cold, disinterested, and even unfriendly manner—without a single 'please' or 'thank you.' In the room, there were only two bath towels; small hand towels were missing. We can only hope we won’t be charged for suspected theft.

Location ideal for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was less than ideal. Toaster took forever. You need to purchase some New Zeakand Milk to replace the horrible local brew. The fruit mix was mainly apple.

Breakfast was mostly good, but the egg boiling station was difficult to use because other guests didn't read signage and would take the eggs you were boiling. I think scrambled eggs would be a better option

Perfect location in walking distance to T1 of Nice airport. The hotel is easy to find and meets basic needs for an overnight stay. The staff were very helpful and a supermarket was a 5 minute walk away

The hotel is located near the airport. I needed a place to stay overnight before continuing my journey, and the hotel was perfect for that purpose.
