The hotel is fine. We've used it before and would again.
We paid for bunk beds for our two kids. We arrived at just before midnight, exhausted after a long trip. There were no blankets on the beds for our kids! And the man at the front desk said they don't have any!! And he never brought us any more sheets to cover them, despite saying that he would. It was very frustrating and we did not sleep great.

The staff.... they were always so welcoming and helpful, advising me on how to find transport and locations. There is a great sense of team work amongst them. They stored my luggage for me on the last day. The bathroom lighting is excellent. So many more expensive hotels have very poor bathroom lighting. The decor in the room is fresh and inviting.
The breakfast is really poor quality apart from the carrots, zucchini were soggy mush. But the lack of fruit. Travellers really need to keep healthy when travelling for long periods. That means healthy food, a juicer to make fresh vegetable or fruit juice themselves. At least provide a good range of fresh fruits. Really, one of the worst breakfasts in terms of value that I have had. The carpets on my floor level, first floor, need to be thrown in the rubbish. They are disgusting. Cleaners need to clean behind the taps in the basin. Mine was pretty awful.

Needed just one night for a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel was perfect for that and their buffet was an additional delight.

Inexpensive. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning very easy to adjust. Lighting in the room was very good.
Little help from staff navigating local area, finding tram line to town and locating walking route to the airport. Walking to the airport was very complicated and hotel should not be described as being a short walk away from the airport.
Restaurant was disappointing with very few options and there are no cafes/boulangeries nearby.
Tiny bedside‘tables’ are too small.
