The hotel is very well-located, right next to Massena station and next to the rue which is loaded with restaurants. It is also near the main street (Av. Jean Médecin) and pretty close to the promenade (walking distance). Extremely convenient location for everything you need to see and do in Nice. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay!
The room (Standard Double Room) was relatively small for the price (I found better hotels for less nearby - so I wouldn't consider it 'good value for money'). It seemed quite old (wooden doors, etc. - but clean and maintained). The bathroom and shower were in 2 separate rooms (not a huge problem, but letting you know in case it bothers you). Nothing problematic overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Front desk real support at night when we arrived late 4 hours due to airlines delay. Arranged to help find food when it was too late and everything was closed since we didn't eat for 18 hours. Thanks a lot for his support he found a delivery restaurant for us and helped on the language barrier. ?

Excellent service, location, room, cleanliness, breakfast selection. Ruhr Plage a bit far, not major. Discount of other hotels is better for day stay.
Wash closet too small, way too small and sink should be next to it, logistics of this does not work,

Great location about 10 minutes walk to the old town and 2 minutes to Rue Massena, plus only a few yards to the nearest tram stop. The tram ride to/from Gare de Nice-Ville is about 5 mins.
The twin superior room we booked was very small, with almost no gap between the two beds, as a result we asked to be moved to a different room which was more spacious.

This is our second stay at this hotel. I have found the rooms are all different. Our rooms last year were on an upper floor and seemed to be more updated. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The recommended beach was sold out when we arrived at 9:15 am.
