Exceptional
Hotel is within 9 minute walking distance to all the key spots and the tram is couple minutes away. Rooms are large spacious and the balcony is nice, Hotel staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. One feature I truly like is that the shower and toilette are in separate rooms adjacent to each other.
Avoid the Cafe Gioffredo across the street because the food is below average and the staff is loud. It has no connection to the hotel. Offering a tip.

This was such an excellent stay! The property is in a great spot- you can easily walk to the beach and dinner spots- and it’s a quick bus ride from the train station! You were able to get beach towels each day and water bottles as well! They saw when I checked in that it would be my birthday during our stay (by seeing my ID) and then on the day they put balloons and macrons in the room! It was so sweet and such a surprise! The service is excellent here!

The stuff was helpful
It does not feel a 4 stars hotel at all! The room was smelling musty. We were feeling mold in the room so strongly. We requested it to be changed, the room was changed but still it was smelling musty. The air conditioning has not been cleaned for decades so that we got flu in the middle of the summer. Now, we came back home all sick
