We stayed in a newly renovated room on the fifth floor. The size, design, and lighting of the room were wonderful, and if we went back, we would definitely stay there again. Breakfast is very important to me, and it was truly excellent — the kind of breakfast that keeps you full until the evening. The staff were also very polite, and we would like to thank them all again.
The air conditioner in our room was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night. Slippers were usually provided in rooms at hotels of this standard, but unfortunately they were not available at this hotel. Even though the breakfast was great, I really couldn't understand why there were no olives. We had breakfast three mornings and there were no olives.

Great location. Minutes to food places, shopping malls, tram, Nice-ville station, scenic locations. Great breakfast selection with freshly squeezed orange juice. Kind, polite, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive staff. Clean and tidy rooms with a big enough Washroom. 10/10 would book again.
Need better soundproofing. Walls are pretty thin. Can hear noise of talking and vehicles outside all night.
WiFi has dead zones in some parts of the room. Lose connection randomly.

They gave us an upgrade and had a way bigger room. Location is excellent if you want to walk around town. It’s opposite to a grocery (Monoprix) and the tram station.
The 5th floor doesn’t have an elevator so you have to carry your bags on the stairs. Not good if you have multiple luggages like us. Breakfast doesn’t have much selections.

The location was perfect and you could walk to shops, restaurants and old town. We had an incredible upgrade and it was a beautiful view and balcony plus a nice surprise and welcome notice in the room. Plus they did have some parking spaces right in front.

A perfect location if you're an explorer of Nice and Riviera, close to the Train Station, yet a decent neighbourhood. The only thing you should concider is the Tram that makes some noise time after time.
Very professional and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. You can tell that there is attention to important details like lighting, pillows, sockets, a kettle, etc.

Everything were excellent. Breakfast was a plus with a wide variety of items including homemade style jellies, pastries, etc, cold meats.

Location can’t be beat for proximity to train station and the main shopping street.
I did not like choosing the “pay nothing until you check into the hotel” option and then being asked within a day of the booking to make a 2 night non refundable deposit. We booked about 8 weeks before our trip for a 6 night stay.

Very friendly and helpful personnel.
Very good location, on the main bulevard, 1 km from the seafront, also only 10 min to the main railway station.
Typical French breakfast, covering almost all the diets and needs.
The room was on the corner with a busy street, and as the building is not perfectly insulated for noise, the outside traffic was a bit disturbing, but nothing serious.

Every single staff we came in contact with was excellent! Ana, Lyna, Elena, Pauline, Sarah, Melia, and Lo! Everyone went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had traveling in Europe! So much to choose from and very fresh! I miss the fresh orange juice every morning! Our room was always clean. It was nice to have the extra lobby to hang out with most nights since our group was so large, we had that area instead of having to hang out in one of our rooms, which would not have been big enough. They provide beach towels and access to a private beach and if you need to set up transportation to and from the airport, they provide that as well (extra charges for service). I had a lot of questions before our trip and they would always get back to me promptly. It’s at a great location. We were able to walk anywhere around the city from the hotel. Overall, A+++
The only thing I would suggest is have separate shampoo, conditioner & body wash containers in the shower instead of having it in an all-in-one version.
