The front desk staff were amazing...from providing wine buckets with ice to making suggestions for dining.
No real decaf coffee (only instant), so I canceled the$15 breakfast for the remainder of our stay and had great coffee and a baguette for $5 across the street..

I asked them to order taxi to airport and the call som limos driver was late for 10 min and charge me twice more than taxi.. I mention I need the taxi.

Location was good. Staff not very knowledgeable about local tourist sites. But they were friendly.
A bit too expensive for location and facilities, but probably to be expected in Nice.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have a baby boy, they are very helpful to give us an extra bed to allow the boy sleep well. Much appreciated!

Location was amazing very convenient to get around. Everything you need in walking distance. Tram is just around the corner and Nice Ville Train Station at five minutes walking distance. The balcony is so nice to sit outside in the privacy of your room with a beautiful overview of the Avenue Jean Médecin. Breakfast was very good. The cleanness of the room and the bath was very good. Tea and coffee corner in the room with the kettle is very useful. Mini fridge was working very good and surprisingly quiet for a general hotel fridge. But the best part was The Staff. They were amazing and very attentive. Especially Senior Receptionist Ms. Natasha. This kind lady was literally in every spot in the hotel. She was always smiling and was very helpful when we were in need of anything. She tried doing everything in her power to made our stay memorable. The hotel’s welcome and farewell gestures are such a well thought beautiful touch.
The standard rooms with the balcony are very small. When you open the suitcase (Samsonite 75x51x31) there was actually no place to move freely in the room with two people. We spent most of the day outside or on the balcony, so we decided not to dwell on it too much. The elevator is very small and sometimes you have to wait a lot to get on it. Furniture in the room could be never. A second set of outer balcony doors would be very useful for better noise isolation in a crowded and popular area such as this.

The location of the property was perfect. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and in a safe area. I will stay here again for sure!!! Upon arrival there was a personal note and macrons waiting for me in my room. It was such a nice touch and my room was so charming. Every one of the hotel staff was so kind and helpful. I love this hotel!!

Helpful, friendly staff and right in the center of the main shopping district. Lovely building and foyer.
Overpriced for the Best Western, even in high season. Our room on the top floor was not accessible by elevator, which makes it difficult for people with larger luggage.

Our room was freshly renovated and it looked great. Tgey welcomed us with macaroons on the bed and my 12 year old got a skin care mask for kids. The breakfast is just perfect, everything is fresh and delicious. Location is right next to Monoprix an Etoile shoping mall. It is a city center, one part of the hotel is looking at the Av. Jean Medecin so you will hear the trains and people and Church bell but it's not a bad thing, it is realy nice to be a part of that. We had a good sleep because beds are so comfy.

The girls at reception were wonderful. So friendly and kind. The girls at breakfast never stopped. They were great as well. The room was very good and the tram is in front of the building. Loved the city. 10 minute walk to train station.
