The hotel's location is excellent. It is only a 5-minute walk from Place Masséna, the heart of the city, and very close to Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to explore both Nice and the surrounding areas. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, public transportation options, and shopping areas nearby.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.
The only downside was the parking. The hotel offers a discounted rate at the Nicetoile Shopping Center parking garage, which is convenient and nearby. However, we still found it quite expensive.

Overall cleaning is at very good level both in the room and at the hotel but there is a smell coming from the toilet area during all stay.

Room was what I expected for Europe. Small but clean. Location of hotel is very good as it allows acces to waterfront and train station.
For the price, I expected a little fancier.

Location was so great, about 7 mins walking to Nice-Ville train station. Amenities was so good, and the breakfast was amazing. The city view from the balcony was so nice, especially at night!
The ACs is working but not cooling enough, but there was also a heatwave so it was granted.

The property is very close to a lot of food places, stores, and monoprix. It's on the main street and close to a tram stop. It is 8mins walking distance to nice train station. The hotel was spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was solid. The reception was very knowledgeable and friendly.
There's only 6 parking spots in the front of the property. However, the staff will guide you on where to park your vehicle if it's full

Loved the lobby. Location. Room sz. Shower and especially the people. Natasha and vanilla are both great. Elevator working always. Stairs ok for exercise.
Great directions to everything. Monoprix at corner. Best breakfast w fresh squeezed orange juice. And croissants.

Great location and very friendly staff.
Hotel facilities are very old and rooms are very small. Breakfast is just very bad, no reason to have it at the hotel with the sorounding cafés at seconds walking distance. No elevators between 4th and 5th floors. Very limited parking space.
