Our room was freshly renovated and it looked great. Tgey welcomed us with macaroons on the bed and my 12 year old got a skin care mask for kids. The breakfast is just perfect, everything is fresh and delicious. Location is right next to Monoprix an Etoile shoping mall. It is a city center, one part of the hotel is looking at the Av. Jean Medecin so you will hear the trains and people and Church bell but it's not a bad thing, it is realy nice to be a part of that. We had a good sleep because beds are so comfy.

Helpful, friendly staff and right in the center of the main shopping district. Lovely building and foyer.
Overpriced for the Best Western, even in high season. Our room on the top floor was not accessible by elevator, which makes it difficult for people with larger luggage.

The girls at reception were wonderful. So friendly and kind. The girls at breakfast never stopped. They were great as well. The room was very good and the tram is in front of the building. Loved the city. 10 minute walk to train station.

extremely friendly staff. Comfortable beds, great shower. breakfast was good. the location is fantastic. the room was renovated. good price vs performance
the soundproofing is poor, especially to the outside. Was a problem for me not for my wife. Although fresh orange juice is great, the breakfast arrangements could be improved by having a real orange juice making machine, as opposed to orange grinders as they overheat due to the high demand and the circuit breaker pops. Some people have no consideration and squeeze a whole jar of orange juice, which makes others wait a long time behind in line.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Hotel Lakmi Nice. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame de Nice.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful in-room welcome prepared for our anniversary, with wine and macarons, which made our stay feel truly special. The hotel was beautifully decorated in the holiday spirit, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
We also really appreciated the kind gesture from the GM and the staff, who personally contacted us to make sure everything was fine and to ask if we needed anything. That level of care made us feel genuinely looked after.
Breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent for exploring the city.
A very pleasant place to stay — we would gladly come back.

We stayed in a newly renovated room on the fifth floor. The size, design, and lighting of the room were wonderful, and if we went back, we would definitely stay there again. Breakfast is very important to me, and it was truly excellent — the kind of breakfast that keeps you full until the evening. The staff were also very polite, and we would like to thank them all again.
The air conditioner in our room was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night. Slippers were usually provided in rooms at hotels of this standard, but unfortunately they were not available at this hotel. Even though the breakfast was great, I really couldn't understand why there were no olives. We had breakfast three mornings and there were no olives.

Great location. Minutes to food places, shopping malls, tram, Nice-ville station, scenic locations. Great breakfast selection with freshly squeezed orange juice. Kind, polite, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive staff. Clean and tidy rooms with a big enough Washroom. 10/10 would book again.
Need better soundproofing. Walls are pretty thin. Can hear noise of talking and vehicles outside all night.
WiFi has dead zones in some parts of the room. Lose connection randomly.

They gave us an upgrade and had a way bigger room. Location is excellent if you want to walk around town. It’s opposite to a grocery (Monoprix) and the tram station.
The 5th floor doesn’t have an elevator so you have to carry your bags on the stairs. Not good if you have multiple luggages like us. Breakfast doesn’t have much selections.

The location was perfect and you could walk to shops, restaurants and old town. We had an incredible upgrade and it was a beautiful view and balcony plus a nice surprise and welcome notice in the room. Plus they did have some parking spaces right in front.

Wonderful
A perfect location if you're an explorer of Nice and Riviera, close to the Train Station, yet a decent neighbourhood. The only thing you should concider is the Tram that makes some noise time after time.
Very professional and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. You can tell that there is attention to important details like lighting, pillows, sockets, a kettle, etc.
