Wonderful
Fantastic location, in a really nice area that felt safe and very close to amazing patisseries. Staff were very nice.
On one occasion the tea and coffee hadn't been refilled, and the bathroom wasn't as well maintained as you'd expect

Located nicely between the promenade and the main shopping street. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was very small and stuffy, air con not working properly and shower pressure substandard with broken taps and dirty, shower floor. Toilet built to close to wall so totally uncomfortable upon use. Hotel carpets are dirty and hotel badly in need of revamp - just painting over broken doors and walls without spending any money on maintenance or renovations. Very small, old and slow elevator. Rooms only serviced around 15:30 in afternoon and coffee and milk not replenished. No bar service until 16:00 and not anywhere close to buy snacks or cold drinks from.

The property was in an excellent location. The bar had recently been done up and looked beautiful. I actually really loved the art deco inspired decor.
The staircase was a long winding staircase and there was a tiny lift which only had room for two people. If you struggled with mobility this might not be for you.

The hotel and room facilities were not of a 4 star hotel, the room was not very clean, zero soundproof between the rooms. Too expensive for what it had to offer.

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Breakfast looked good although we didn't eat at the hotel.
The only dislike was the sofa in our room, which was very stained so we did not sit on it. It was very off putting! Otherwise room was nice.
