.This was my second stay.But I was dissappointed a bit this time. Especially shower needs renovation. water was leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor.

Amazing location! Walking distance to restaurants, water, shops, etc., and close to the train station if using public transport as well. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept.
Rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but even so, everything was clean and well kept. Not a lot of amenities if you are expecting that sort of thing.

Perfect location, quiet but very close too the center. Rooms have everything we needed Also have a late check out at 13:30
Very small room, hard to find a place to open a big suitcase. I recommend the hotel to give an option of late check out for additional hours (in a lower price that an additional night). We had a flight in 21:30 and was happy to stay in my room till 18:00 but that wasn’t available only if we book another night in full price. Alternatively the hotel staff were very nice, gave us to use the room till 13:30 and than in storage

We stayed here for five nights. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and we appreciated that they upgraded our room. The elevator was very small, but we mostly used the stairs, so it wasn’t much of an issue.
The overall quality of the facilities felt more like a 3-star level rather than a 4-star. There was an unpleasant odor from the bathroom shower drain, and since there was no fan, it became quite hot and humid. Also, the bed linens and towels were clean but noticeably old and worn from use.

Is not a 4 * Hotel more 3 * Everything was just not enough for 4 star: Room, Beds, Bathroom, No passion by the personel, cleaning room done in a rush, Breakfast not bad but to expensive for what you get. No free parking.

The location
Lack of sound proofing by the hallway, it was constantly noisy from either other guests or the housekeeping staff. One morning housekeeping was cleaning so early in the morning in the room next door, they were banging things and vacuuming. Yet the cleanliness of the rooms very questionable, all they did in our room was change towels and make the bed but nothing was cleaned. On the other day, we got back and there was a horrible smell…it seemed like someone had done number 2 in our toilet (assume housekeeping), there was a detergent left outside the main door on the hallway. The hotel lacks lighting from hallways to the rooms, it was honestly depressing and the pictures on Booking.Com don’t reflect this. Honestly giving a 2 for the location!

The location is amazing! It’s located beside some gorgeous shops, close to the main shopping street, tourist spots and promenade. The staff were so lovely and friendly and made check in easy. They even gave us an upgrade.
Not a big issue but there is just one lift and it is very small. There was a bad smell from the shower.
