Great location. Friendly and helpful staff (Roxanne?).
Ice from the bartender and the concierge was given begrudgingly. That was a disappointment. Used to easy service on ice access in a hitel. I had a recent knee surgery and it was important for me .

Our outer street side room was very noisy with early morning garbage collection. Weve had this experience before.

Location and breakfast.
Windows wouldn't close properly, the bedroom had flood damage, the bath wouldn't close the shower protection properly so the bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower. The hair dryer was missing the front cover making it an electric hazard.

Location
No real hair dryer. They had something attached to the bathroom wall, that they call a hair dryer. Ask the front desk for a real one. They did not have one. Iron and Ironing board. None I. The bedroom. Had to ask for it at the front desk. I was able to use it on my las day at the hotel. Parking, I reserved a parking thru the hotel and they assured me I would have one. When I checked in they said some customer had taken the card to access the parking lot. I had to look for a different parking every time I used my rental car.

The staff at reception were welcoming & helpful. The hotel is in a superb location close to the sea, the market & restaurants. The room was a good size.

Great location for old town and beach. Exceptional reception staff, especially Loan who went out of his way to help us with restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and friendly chats on our return from days out in Nice. Made our trip extra special. Lovely room. Great bathroom.
Some street noise. But you are in a city! Softer pillows would be nice.

Reception on arrival were very helpful.
Room not cleaned properly daily. Never hoovered and had sand everywhere. Clean towels had marks in them. Mould around shower.
Breakfast awful. No plates. No glasses. No eggs. No bread. Staff rude and after 15 minutes asking/waiting... had to ask other staff. No welcome, no apologies. Just rude.
I know it's city view but I never expected the noise level. Only quiet between 3am and 5am. Other than that impossible to sleep.
Also for a superior room it was smaller than expected

Very friendly staff close to the beachfront
The morning brunch room was not very well managed. Tables on top of each other. You had to beg for coffee if the staff even came around. They should have had the coffee outside the kitchen so customers could help themselves.
There should have been an earlier check in than 3p so customers whose flights arrived in early morning could start their vacation.
