Clean, comfortable rooms. Very close to the Promenade and short walk to markets, shopping, restaurants and sights.
Room was a little on the small side and the air conditioner was not as cool as we would have liked. But overall good value for the cost.

Friendly staff in reception. Even got an extra cup of coffee while waiting for my ride the next day after checkout. Got help carrying luggage to and from my room on 4th floor ( no elevator)
Room is very small. Breakfast has to be ordered by 3 pm previous day, difficult when you arrive at 9 pm..No restaurant on premises, no minibar. Could hear TVs and people talking in nearby rooms at 11 pm.

Good price. Close to the beach and walking distance to most of Nice's must-see locations. Clean and secure. Friendly staff. Complimentary croissant in the morning.
When I arrived I was told the room wouldn't be ready until an hour after what was listed on booking.com. Not too big of an issue but annoying nonetheless. The room is tiny, however that is expected for the price and was accurately described when booking. Wouldn't stay for longer than 2 nights given the size.

Such a cute place in s great location. Easy to walk from train station and anywhere you need to go. The staff was so helpful even though we don’t speak the same language. They offer this place from their hearts…you can tell ? and a beautiful croissant left in the morning such s nice gesture. Highly recommend ?

This is a small hotel, so things are a bit different (e.g., one of the employees' English was not good but luckily I speak some French so we managed fine). As others have pointed out, the breakfast that is included with the price is a croissant, and I was fine with that- but if someone expects a large buffet then it may not be ideal for them. I just wanted to state this to manage expectations. Having said that, for me the hotel was wonderful. I often sleep badly in hotels, because the beds tend to be so hard. But this bed was so comfortable! The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful, and the location was great too (just a few min from the beach and also not too far from public transportation). I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it.

The staff were very helpful in giving me tips for things to do around the area, what beaches and restaurants they recommended and just open to answering to any questions I had overall during my stay. The location was perfect - right around the corner from the beach and a ~15 minutes walk from the train station. Other hotels I had looked at before I found this one were almost double in price so it was a great deal with even better service <3
I had no issues, and overall liked everything from the services, to the location, to the rooms. I am very petite so the room size didn't bother me at all but maybe the shower size for example may be difficult for someone who is very tall. But again, for the location, great service & staff, and clean rooms - I think this hotel is definitely worth it.

The staff were very very friendly and helpful, they even cared enough to put a croissant by the door every morning. The room was good and very close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. I probably could not have asked for better.
My room did not at all look like the picture. It wasn't a bad room, in fact it was perfect for a simple one person stay. It just wasn't the room I thought I was getting, much smaller. It was a bit expensive for how small the room was, but I suppose the location makes up for that.

The location is great. The staffs were extremely helpful. Every morning, there was a bag of warm croissants by the door around 7:30 am. There was coffee maker in the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The shampoo dispenser was broken, but still was useable.

It’s a cute and eco friendly hotel 5 minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, the room had everything that a solo traveler would need.
The staff were very friendly, they provided a beach towel on the sunny days and an umbrella on the rainy days.
They put a delicious croissant at the door in the morning which I found very hospitable and a good way to start your day.
There isn’t anything that I didn’t like specifically but somethings to note:
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms (toilet flush, showers, music… etc) so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs.
The single occupancy room that I booked is small so in case you need more space book another room.
The bed wasn’t comfortable at all… it felt like the mattress was titled which really hurt my neck.
The WiFi on my floor (top floor) didn’t work properly I was connected to my cellular data most of the time.
