Location was great. Elevator was nice.
Getting gaslighted into not having breakfast. When we checked in they said we can upgrade to have breakfast. we said Im pretty sure we already have breakfast they said no. Than the last night they said why haven't you used your breakfast and we said you told us we didn't have it. So that made us feel cheated.

Location is great 10 min walk to a lot and 30 min walk to Old Town. 24 hour attendant is great.
I got free breakfast from booking and when I checked in they tried to upsell me on breakfast then last day they said I never used the breakfast and then tried to gaslight me and saying they never told me I didn't have breakfast even though there was 4 people all in my party there saying yea you did say we didn't have breakfast. I also heard from other people I didn't miss out on the breakfast and it wasn't worth the money.
The add a city fee on top of the price fyi.
The doors can be weird.

The front desk staff is kind and welcoming.
The air conditioner worked and the balcony was nice.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to stay in for anyone who has anything valuable. My tablet device was stolen from my room. Whatever is not stored in the safe is up for grabs by whoever has access to the room.
The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main areas. There is not much around the hotel so you will have to walk. Aside from the train the closest public transportation stop to the hotel is about an 8-10 minute tram walk. There is not much food close to the hotel so be prepared to go somewhere else for breakfast and meals. The hotel is convenient if your main purpose is to take the train to other towns as the train station is a 5 minute walk.
The rooms are quaint but very small for the price paid. There is not much room to place luggage. If you are using the room just to sleep and you plan to spend no other time here, you are fine.
The park across the street is mainly for people walking their dogs. We saw a couple of homeless people walking around there searching the trash. If you get very close to the park there is a smell of urine.
There is no parking at the hotel so be prepared to pay 30 Euro per day if you want to use the lot across the street.

The location was great, close to Gare de Nice Ville and the Nice tram, in Les Musiciens area. We were close to restaurants and stores in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel had a very cool lift, which we were told was the first in Nice, if not France. The room was spacious - our kids had their room and we had ours - we shared the bathroom. The staff were amazing and so helpful, even giving guidance on which beach to go to (Juan-les-Pins by/in Antibes - absolutely perfect!). I loved the bathtub shower and, after a long travel days and many days of travel with my all male family. I loved the ability to open the doors and get fresh air and yet it was still quiet.
A small table in the entry area of the room would have been great, and more hooks or places to hang towels would have been great.

The location was perfect, central but far from the noisy parts of the city. The room was spacious and full of natural light, the staff very friendly and helpful.

We loved that they provided ice upon request! The front desk staff were great and helpful, especially Quentin. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the Tram stops.

For 6 nights, we booked a room with a balcony which worked great overlooking a nice park. Bed and pillows were comfy. Not in the middle of the touristy areas, but that’s exactly what we wanted. Ten minute walk to beach, 15 minutes to Old Nice, and 5 minutes to train station which was ideal for our day trips. Nice steakhouse right next door and a small grocery store just around the corner. Used the room fridge and Nespresso machine daily.
No worries at all.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff! It was my husband birthday during our stay in this hotel and i did ask if it was possible to arrange something nice. No more to say, the staffs were on it! Planned cake, balloons etc and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely come back!

The location was fantastic close to Station and Old Town the room was excellent with a fabulous view over Mozart Square Russell on Reception was very helpful I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to explore Nice and beyond we will be back ??
