Excellent location and nice view from balcony. Majority of staff very friendly.
Shower was poor and the English gentleman who was on the reception on the Sunday started discussing politics which was not appreciated.

We had a two bedroom, which was really just two rooms with a bathroom, one room did not have a door. We enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs. It was a nice walk to restaurants and the waterside.
The elevator is tiny and tight, but we made it work.

Nice two-bedroom suite. Plenty of room for four adults. Fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
Nice continental breakfast but it was a little pricey at 15 per person. Would probably not opt for breakfast next time and would instead go to one of the many excellent boulangeries in the area.

I stayed at the Aria for 6 nights in the spring. It is very centrally and conveniently located, just 7 minute walk from main train station and 12 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais (I didn't take any public transportation while there, I walked everywhere except local train along coast). My room was clean, bright and quiet with all needed amenities and excellent daily housekeeping. Fresh full buffet breakfast was outstanding (teas/expresso/cappuccino machine; fresh squeezed orange juice; mini croissant/pains au chocolat, baguettes, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, oatmeal/cereal, sliced ham/turkey, fruit salad, and more). All hotel staff was very helpful, pleasant and attentive. Excellent price value.

The location was good, the staff were lovely. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy.
The bathroom was quite dark.
It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit at breakfast.
