Its very well maintained and very close to the esplanade and the main square where theres lots of restaurants.
No allocated parking, you have to park on the street.

The apartment has all you need, small, and compact. There is a narrow circular staircase to get to bedroom loft. No bathroom up there..
You can't beat the location, which is excellent. Staff were responsive and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay, 2 seniors from Canada

There's a charge 300 for security deposit which is not mentioned upon booking, and you have to empty the trash (otherwise you'll be charged from the deposit); no / refill, just for the first day and then you have to ensure on your own.

good location, 15 min walk to nice ville railway station.
one of the apartament we rented was too small to fit 4 people, and the other had a bad pipe smell in the bathroom and there was to windows to open there. there was also a little dusty on the fridge, in the corners etc

It was really central. Great location
The shower needs a major upgrade.
Lack of tea towels to dry up dishes.
The loft bed not ideal if you are tall.
The toilet is downstairs, not near the bedroom.

Really the location of this property is the best! We went to Nice for kids to experience beach so having able to go back home after the dip in the beach was very helpful. It is also located in the center of shopping areas and landmarks and very convenient! Room may be a bit small for a family of five but it worked perfectly fine for us as we use the apartment as a place to rest. Comfortable enough and washer was a plus!
None - maybe having drying rack may be helpful?
