The staff were friendly and helpful. The check in process was easy.
The frequency of cleaning the rooms was not daily. There was not much variety for the breakfast. I reported some of the lights that were not working and they were not fixed until I left.

The staff were very welcoming. This is the only good thing about the hotel which I can mention. There were problems with the sink of our first room which couldn’t be fixed. The staff were very responsive and changed our room.
The hotel is very old. We stayed in three different rooms on the 6th floor, and all of them had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. During rain, water leaks into the hotel’s loggia, which is why bucket were placed under the ceiling. As a result, there was a noticeable moldy smell throughout the entire 6th floor. Based on feedback from our colleagues and issues on other floors, such as mice in one room on the 2nd floor and cockroaches in rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor, the conditions on the 6th floor seemed comparatively more acceptable. However, overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing
We didn't expect much because of the previous reviews but this was the only affordable option we had left because we booked late. The staff we got barely spoke English, but they were very friendly. The location was nice
We only got 2 small towels for a 4 night, 5 day stay and not once did they come to clean our room. I had to clean our bathroom and sweep the floor myself because it was very dirty. The TV was a tiny monitor and the whole establishment and rooms are very rundown. All the furniture was broken down, chipped and/or ripped. There is zero soundproofing so don't expect to get any sleep once the trams start running in the morning

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and garage, and of course the price. The staff is fine.
The room is very neglected, the cleanliness is average. We stayed for 6 days and they didn't change our towels even once, we got one roll of toilet paper so we bought it. Sound insulation disaster, thank god I had earplugs. Breakfast very minimalistic - bread, marmalade and salami. We travel a lot but this is the worst hotel so far.
