Very Poor
The location is good — quiet, and easy to reach by car with underground parking on site. The design of the rooms is pleasant.
The room was not cleaned properly during our two-night stay and towels were not changed.
No drinking water was provided in the room. When we asked, we were told to go and collect it ourselves.
The fridge did not work. It was replaced, and the replacement did not cool either.
No conditioner was provided, and the shampoo was poor quality.
The doors were badly scratched and there was a persistent smell in the corridor.
The parking cost more than the rate I had reserved.

All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The superior double room on the fifth floor was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning was efficient, the water pressure was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. Three pillows were provided per person, a cattle and hair dryer were available, and slippers were too. The room was cleaned daily.
The first room we checked in to was on the first floor, and it had a really unpleasant smell coming from the sewage. It wasn’t just the room; the whole floor seemed to have it. I’m pretty sure this sewer issue is affecting other parts of Nice or the southern regions too, but even with that, staying in that first room would have been a nightmare. Thankfully, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to the 5th floor, fixing everything for us. Still, I have to warn you, be careful about what you pay for.

The hotel was in a great location and looked exactly like the photos. You can tell the rooms needed a bit of upkeep, with things that were seen in the bathroom, whether it was work-out walls or residue in the lining of the bathroom. The hotel staff was pretty attentive when you needed something which was great !

It’s not clean in general the hallways smell really bad,
I have request for a room with no dust n clean cause of my allergies and asthma! The room was dusty and cleaning service only did the best b left everything dirty when we zero back.

The hot water in the bathroom was a huge issue just to get warm not even hot water had to open the sinks hot water keep it running as well as the showers

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the tram line when coming from the airport. It was also easy to walk to the train station whenever we wanted to travel to other cities.
The breakfast was good, and we especially loved the croissants — honestly, they were better than some we tried at local bakeries. Our room was small but clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Both reception staff members we interacted with communicated well and were helpful.
The only issue we experienced was that housekeeping entered our room one day even though we had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. We informed the reception staff to make sure it would not happen again. They said they warned the staff accordingly, and fortunately, the issue did not happen again afterward.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They helped us organise balloons and a cake for a birthday celebration to be set up in our room prior to checking in. They also helped us arrange various reservations in advance of our stay. The decor was unique, rooms comfortable and clean, and within walking distance to many areas of the city.
Perhaps the rooms could have been slightly larger especially for 3 people.

Location for everything, just a little off beaten track so nice and quiet but everything still very close - short walk, tram, train, bus, old town.

The hotel locate in the cities but not close to the beach. It takes around 30mins by walk. Don’t expect the view from this hotel. The room is clean and good standard.
