Great location in middle of town. Easy access to everything. Staff were great.
For price it was great. Lots of stairs. Elevator starts at 2nd floor so be ready carry bags up.

Super location. Lovely kitchenette. Comfy bed and good shower.
Loved the balcony to sit and watch the world go by.
Very noisy rubbish collections on the street below in the early hours.
Some furniture a little dated and tired.

Wonderful
The Staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful at check-in, and always had smiles when I dropped by with questions. They helped to book a tour along the coast (Monaco, Ezes, Antibes, Cannes) and assisted with WIFI. Room was small but had everything I needed - little kitchen (fridge, kettle, coffee maker) and lovely toiletries from Ezes. Location was fabulous: at Masséna Square, and very close proximity to the promenade along the Mediterranean coast. Lots of great boulangeries and a fabulous local produce market in the area!
The one small downside is that the elevator in this old building stops only between floors. You have to climb up 10 steps to reach the elevator from the hotel front door. Once checked in, there is another ten steps up or down to reach your room depending on which floor your room is located. Stairs are not normally a problem for me except when travelling with a massive suitcase ?

The location was great, and the apartment was well equipped with everything you need — cooking utensils, a drying rack, iron, etc.
Convenient luggage storage as well.
The bed was placed in an awkward spot that made it hard to access, the toilet was leaking water, and the shower was very small.
Also, on the first day we took some coffee capsules because the sign said “serve yourself,” but the next day a new sign appeared saying each capsule costs €0.50, and they only leave two capsules in the room.

Property is in a great location. On a pedestrian only street, one block from Old Nice and close to the beach. My room had a kitchenette that was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The cost was a little expensive for the small room that I reserved but that may just be the prices in Nice. The shower is a small typical European shower which is fine for me but may be small for others

The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. Free luggage storage at the reception.
It was annoying that the elevator stops between floors and that you have to carry luggage up and down some stairs, but not too much of a problem

First we got an upgrated room (which we still don't know why but was really nice surprise) to a Junior Double room with balcony. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The apartments are in the city center and very close to the beach (little over 5 mins walk).
The water can be refilled in the reception hall.
Internet is on the weaker side and should be much better. The staff was nice enough to give us a hotspot which actually made it useable.
The tv was connected to a different internet than what was given to us which meant that we couldn't cast anything on it.
The shower in the bathroom is not closed and makes a bit of a mess (wets everything).
I would suggest to replace the pans as they are unuseable and are a health hazzard. They are made out of teflon and completely scratched. There was more then enough cuttlery and plates which was nice.
As the room is looking at the busy street, it tends to be quite loud in the early morning when the streets are being cleaned and the garbage bins picked up.

We arrived after reception hours, but the hotel arranged the self check-in very smoothly and efficiently. Everything was well-organized, clear, and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Location is great near tourist areas and lots of restaurants.
Was not easy to find and get into, until we checked in. We checked in at 7:50p and about an hour later realized Our TV was broken, but there is no one at reception after 8pm. (And immediately took photos).

The property and nightly rate are at an excellent intersection of price, quality, and location. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. AC and amenities in the room were spot on.
There was no desirable place to sit/be if you did not want to be in your room or out in Nice. At times, I wanted a comfortable place to read a book and journal that was not in the sun or out in Nice's amazing hustle and bustle.

Location was great.
The biggest complaint is that although I know the doors are vintage - I would seriously consider updating your locks to card key or modernize the entire door. It was painful to open the door with the old key set. Lacking washcloths. May I suggest a room somewhere on hotel premises where you can install an ice making and water dispenser machine for your guests - water being the more important so that guest can have access to drinking water 24 hours and not just during reception hours. Beach towels would have been nice - one of those thin Turkish types and maybe pads for the rocks on the beach.

The staff are really nice. It makes up for the imperfections of the property. The location is perfect and room size is big for France. You get free water machine in the reception. Air condition, lift and a kitchen.

I got upgraded to a better room/apartment which was very sweet of the hosts. The location is amazing. Right in the heart and hyper-center of Nice. You will not find a better located place for this price level. The views from the apartment were nice too. The staff were very pleasant and nice to communicate with. The reception has complimentary hot and cold drinks for guests which is a nice touch.
The elevator doesn't stop on the floors but in-between floors on a staircase level so you need to use the stairs regardless. I waited a long time to get my room (which is why I maybe got upgraded). It's an old building from the inside although the rooms and apartments seem fairly new and modern in comparison.
