The staff are the shining side of this experience. Capable, efficient and friendly. They were excellent from reception to cleaning staff. This is a well managed place.
Things that cannot be changed -stairs. Its a gracious old building with wide marble stairs and an elevator that stops in between the floors. So there is some luggage carrying involved in and out. Things that can be changed - again old building so I know this is hard but the wifi signal is not great. At reception the wifi is excellent. I believe they have repeaters but old walls are always a problem. If connectivity is a thing for you, do a speed test before you unpack to ensure you have a room with a solid signal as some place are better than others. I bought a wifi extender and needed it in my room.

We visited the hotel in July 2025 – fantastic location, highly recommended!
We arrived after reception hours, but the hotel arranged the self check-in very smoothly and efficiently. Everything was well-organized, clear, and easy. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Full praise for the cleanliness and comfort. Communication with the hotel was excellent. The location is phenomenal—quiet for sleeping, right in the city center, within walking distance of all the attractions. The kitchen has all the necessary items. Perfect, highly recommended.

Well-managed property: very clean, well maintained, cozy, with consideration to important needs: possibility to refill water - cold, room temperature, sparkling - at the reception area as many times as needed; hot water & tea options available as well.
Professional, welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff present from 8am to 8pm.
A very clean and spacious room with various areas to get belongings situated instantly: hangers, hooks, shelves.
Nespresso coffee-machine, a pitcher for getting water, two types of cups, wine and water glasses, various kinds of plates… microwave, iron & ironing board… Comfortable bed, various lighting options, a nice decor, a view of a lively rue Massena from a balcony.
If i am back to Nice, I would stay again at AMMI aparthotel.

Great location in middle of town. Easy access to everything. Staff were great.
For price it was great. Lots of stairs. Elevator starts at 2nd floor so be ready carry bags up.

Super location. Lovely kitchenette. Comfy bed and good shower.
Loved the balcony to sit and watch the world go by.
Very noisy rubbish collections on the street below in the early hours.
Some furniture a little dated and tired.

The Staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful at check-in, and always had smiles when I dropped by with questions. They helped to book a tour along the coast (Monaco, Ezes, Antibes, Cannes) and assisted with WIFI. Room was small but had everything I needed - little kitchen (fridge, kettle, coffee maker) and lovely toiletries from Ezes. Location was fabulous: at Masséna Square, and very close proximity to the promenade along the Mediterranean coast. Lots of great boulangeries and a fabulous local produce market in the area!
The one small downside is that the elevator in this old building stops only between floors. You have to climb up 10 steps to reach the elevator from the hotel front door. Once checked in, there is another ten steps up or down to reach your room depending on which floor your room is located. Stairs are not normally a problem for me except when travelling with a massive suitcase ?

The location was great, and the apartment was well equipped with everything you need — cooking utensils, a drying rack, iron, etc.
Convenient luggage storage as well.
The bed was placed in an awkward spot that made it hard to access, the toilet was leaking water, and the shower was very small.
Also, on the first day we took some coffee capsules because the sign said “serve yourself,” but the next day a new sign appeared saying each capsule costs €0.50, and they only leave two capsules in the room.

Property is in a great location. On a pedestrian only street, one block from Old Nice and close to the beach. My room had a kitchenette that was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The cost was a little expensive for the small room that I reserved but that may just be the prices in Nice. The shower is a small typical European shower which is fine for me but may be small for others

It was annoying that the elevator stops between floors and that you have to carry luggage up and down some stairs, but not too much of a problem

First we got an upgrated room (which we still don't know why but was really nice surprise) to a Junior Double room with balcony. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The apartments are in the city center and very close to the beach (little over 5 mins walk).
The water can be refilled in the reception hall.
Internet is on the weaker side and should be much better. The staff was nice enough to give us a hotspot which actually made it useable.
The tv was connected to a different internet than what was given to us which meant that we couldn't cast anything on it.
The shower in the bathroom is not closed and makes a bit of a mess (wets everything).
I would suggest to replace the pans as they are unuseable and are a health hazzard. They are made out of teflon and completely scratched. There was more then enough cuttlery and plates which was nice.
As the room is looking at the busy street, it tends to be quite loud in the early morning when the streets are being cleaned and the garbage bins picked up.
