Excellent location close to everything. Clean and friendly staff. The apartment was spacious for a family of 5 and a pet. The cow was beautiful and great restaurants around the corner.

i had an 'apartment' with a balcony and a view of the sea, and that was to die for. the apartment itself was nothing fancy but functional and comfortable. everything was clean and everything worked
the person at the desk could have been more helpful, when i left something behind in the lobby after i checked out

• The property is in an excellent location, right by the beach and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais.
• Parking is available nearby; it is secure and very easy to access.
• The terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea.
• The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family stay.
• The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we requested extra blankets.
• Some of the kitchen equipment was outdated, particularly the washing machine, which was quite noisy.

The studio is quite small
The toilet is so tiny that one's belly can almost touch the door.
In all the apartments we rented in nice we found at least sugar, salt and coffe. In this one, there was absolutely nothing.

The hotel is not new so it is also not that clean, I don’t think that they don’t clean it well but it is okay for the money I think.

The location is fantastic--you only need to cross the street to get to the beach. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, along with a grocery store, patisserie, and boulangerie. Our apartment was very large.
The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The coffee maker had mold growing in it. The shower had no water pressure. Our sofa bed was broken and did not get fixed until our last night. Something from the floor above us leaked into our room, making a huge mess in the hallway in our apartment. And there is no on-site parking, despite the description on Booking.com saying there is. Instead, you must park at one of the private lots/parking structures, which are all at least a block away from the hotel.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment with large balcony. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Promenade, with many options for strolling around. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed in the apartment is not very comfortable for sleeping.

The view was amazing. The staff, especially Gerome at the front desk, were very helpful and polite. It was very convenient to have laundry facilities on site, and the rooftop lounge area was a nice place to relax.
The lighting in the kitchen area was inadequate, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very pleasant stay.
