Disappointing
Location is fantastic and very convenient, but I guess that's it for the good things.
There was black mold in my bathroom. There was also supposed to be a swimming pool on the top floor, but when I tried to check the view from there, I was told it was not accessible and would be closed for an unknown period, likely until next year, due to an issue with the pool.
Breakfast was decent, but there were no vegetables or fruits at all.
Additionally, I was required to clean my room after my stay and take out the trash; otherwise, I would be charged a €50 fee.

We were not able to access the swimmingpool which was mentioned in the facility description online.
We stayed at aparthotel for 5 nights/6 days but when asked the cleaner to change some towels, the bathroom floor one, in particular; she said we had to check with the reception people, maybe she meant we needed to pay extra fees for changing our towels.

Location of the property is excellent. It is pretty close to the old city center so you can reach easily most of the points of interest of the city. For a trip with the bus you will pay 1.7 euro. Otherwise you can walk over between 10-20 minutes to the promenade/most of the PoI.
The room was pretty spacious and I found there all that I needed as a small kitchenette, table with chairs, a small refrigerator and also a small ceramic hob. The bed was good for me even if I saw that some people disagreed due to hard mattress. Fortunately I like it and the sleep was very good.
The bathroom was small (I didn't expected) but It was enough for me. I had shower not bathtub with hot water all the time. There was no problem with this.
The air conditioning cooled very well and worked without any problem.
At the end of my staying there I noticed that somewhere at the ground floor there is a washing machine. I am not 100% sure that can be used by the guests but the property can confirm this. Anyway if can be used, for sure you have to pay something but it is a good thing having it there.
The people are friendly and can help with advices and hints if you need them.
There are still roadworks in front of the property but they were not disturbing for me (I didn't hear any noise even though the window was facing the street).
The most annoying thing was that a pay is needed for changing the towels, for cleaning the room and in fact mostly for every additional service. It was not my case because I kept the room clean and what was needed I've done by my self.
But the idea to have additional payments for this when the price of the room is already expensive was not so comfortable.
There is no smoking place around the properly not even an ashtray. I suppose that might be some regulations or policies but it was disturbing. I just found out that since July, France banned the smoking in a lot of public places but I didn't want to waste my time for these details. I just found the solutions for me to escape from this situation and that's all.

Great Stay in Nice – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice. It’s about a 17-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea while still staying in a quieter area. The location is very convenient—close to shops, bakeries, and public transport.
The room was clean and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The air conditioning worked really well, which was a lifesaver during the warm days.
One of the nice touches was the espresso machine in the hallway we really appreciated being able to grab a good coffee anytime. The staff were kind and even allowed us to check in an hour early, which made our arrival much smoother.
Overall, a great value for the location and comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is pretty good. There’s a full kitchenette with fridge and microwave. If you don’t cook, and want a late night bite, check out Chek Tacos up the street/ a 2 minute walk away.
The room is kind of old. We had trouble getting into the room initially because of the door but that was likely user error. Bathroom smelt of vinegar which could be seen as good or bad.

It was near the old town
It was hard to find the hotel especially while driving as there was construction going on the road.
When I tried calling the hotel for help it was no help, they just kept me on hold and wasted a lot of my time.

Well you only get two towels and if you need new ones you have to pay 7 dollars to exchange for new ones, and during your stay you don’t get your room cleaned tell you leave

Ridiculous checkout policy: guests are required to take out the trash and clean the kitchen, or risk a €50 fine, which felt excessive.
The bathroom was quite small — it was difficult to use comfortably with the door closed.
